REPAIR TO EXTERNAL PLASTER, PAINTING AND MISC TO CERTAIN MD ACCN FOR MAP PHASE-II UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 on external surfaces of block masontry and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only water proofing compound (Powder) conforming to IS-2645 1975.

M& L for two coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer and a coat of external wall putty on newly plastered wall surfaces including preperation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal properly over a coat of primer on old painted wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distemper surfaces of walls and old decorated ,old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls complete applying Two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of old surface of walls all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted Concrete surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint on old plastered surfaces of external PCC block masonry wall/ toe wall etc including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
