Dismantling of ceramic tiles carefully and scraping the plaster to making the surface clean for refixng the glazed tiles removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (MARBLE).

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300 x 450mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by providing 2mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The groves are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying antiskid ceramic floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13 1/2"deep and 2'-0" height with openable shuutter at wall above 4'-9" height consisting of 18mm Pre-laminated (one side decorative and other side balancing lamination) flat pressed 3 layer or graded particle board (medium density) Grade I, Type II, IS :12823 marked lipped with HARD wood lipping 18mm x 6mm exposed edges including cost of piano hinges, handle, magnetic, catcher nail screw and fevicol etc fixed in position with the help of fastner at walls complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Kitchen cabinet below working shelves as per detail consists of chowkat frame of hollock wood of 2"x2" section with suitable rebate of 1"x1/2" on outer side of shutter.The shutters are to be provided with 18mm Pre-laminated (one side decorative and other side balancing lamination) flat pressed 3 layer or graded particle board (medium density) Grade I, Type II, IS :12823 marked lipped with HARD wood lipping 18mm x 6mm exposed edges including cost of Piano hinges, handle, magnetic, catcher nail screw and fevicol etc fixed in position with the help of fastner at walls. It further includes the cost of painting two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick Golden champ wood wire gauge door shutter(kiln seasoned) consisting of vertical style rail 100 mm, lock rail 150mm,bottom rail 200mm, 12x24 gauge wire mesh fixed with ½”x3/4” golden champ beading i/e necessary aluminum joinery fitting,door spring, Al.door stooper, screw,nails,fevical etc,in the existing chowkhat.The rate include the two coats of special quality paint over priming coat complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, refixing of grills, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate) and magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge.
