M&L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors laid over & incl 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of floor complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No. 139 above but as in skirting/dado but over 10 mm thick rendering over CM 1:4

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 18-20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring/steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab on vertical surface and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F Dholpur stone cladding 16 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade - 202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Roof tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 on concrete surfaces, finished Fair & even including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction. (Note :- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Preparing surface and cleaning of concrete slab by wire brushing and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sq m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

M&L Lime concrete terracing as in roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- For lime concrete, mudia kankar (source : NAL) and Kolayat coarse sand in lieu of brick aggregates and Surkhi respectively as specified in MES schedule Part-I shall be used.

Demolition of Brickwork , built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for ATT Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of existing RCC chajja/slab ceiling of any size and description and S&F 25 mm to 30 mm sand stone slab in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stone, templates etc n exc 2m in length , punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 incl plastering all around in CM 1:4 completed all as specified.

Treating and finishing the sunken portion of WC by providing 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 with and including water proofing compound and elastomeric membrane and applying two coats of bitumen, providing necessary connection items suitable for WC incl 40mm dia spout pipe. Providing lime concrete/40 mm graded stone/brick aggregate in sunken portion and 1mm thick multiplus plastfelt over 20mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate incl complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The cost of demolition of existing tiling, PCC, lime concrete, plaster and connections is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dismantling of Wall paneling and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specfied and directed by Engineer in charge

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and applying waterproof tape suitable for metal/roof leakage made of high quality aluminium foil backing 5cm width and 1.2 mm in thickness, temperature range -60 C to 250 C. Before application the tape make sure the surface of metal/roof should be clean, dry and oil free complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. (Note: Contractor shall have no claim on irrespective of any height for application of tape and safety responsiblity will be of contractor)

Taking down /out loose & damaged concrete/cement plaster from soffits of ceiling floors roofs slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc by using of low impact hammer including exposing and removing rust from the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance not exceedng 100 mtr and depositing where directed

Making 'V' groove of 5mm wide and 5mm deep over crack line by electrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower and Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 5mm deep and 5mm wide with solvent-free, moisture tolerant thixotropic, two part structrural adhesive and repair mortar, based on epoxy resins and special fillers, designed for use at temperatures between +10°C and +40°C, Sikadur-31(IN) or equivalent having conforms to ASTM C 881-78, Type I, Grade 3, Class B+C, compressive strength >60 N/mm2 (14 days) according to ASTM C 881 : bond strength > 10 N/mm² (7 days) according to ASTM C 882.

Drilling holes of 12mm dia, up to 100 mm deep holes in structrual members at the interval of 250mm in staggered manner or along the crack line as directed by the consultant in reinforced concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatitable with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy putty Sikagard-694 F(I) or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and difinsihing the external surfacr after completion of the work etc complete. Grouting injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection-liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin Sikadur®-55 LP or equivalent by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having mixed density 1.08 kg/l (at +27°C) : Viscosity ~ 250 mPass at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881 Type II and IV, Grade-I, class E+F and should have below properties. Compressive strength >= 70 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM D 695 : Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/mm2 (after 7 days at +30º C cure) According to ISO 527-2: Flexural strength ~50 N/mm2 according to EN 196-1) .

Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufactrure specification including prepartation of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete wherever required and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge with Sikadur®-32 LP in consumption of 0.4kg/m2. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C and bond strenghth should be 10 MPa.

Rebulilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in reqired thickness in layers of 50 mm & less in each by providing and applying with prebatched, three component epoxy mortar Sikadur 43 patch repair mortar Sikadur 43 HE (h) equivalent having compressive strength >= 108 N/mm2 (14 days) : Tensile strength 12 N.mm2 (7 days) ,consumption 2.2 kg per sqm per mm. thickness considered per 10mm thickness.

Supply and apply water dispersed, acrylic copolymer based concrete curing compound for the prevention of premature water loss from concrete by Sika Antisol A4 or equivalent with consumtion of 5 to 6.5 m2 per liter complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 1.25mm thick Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, an choring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type all as specified and directed

S&F 10mm thick Toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair Spray jet, brass chromium plated, with and including 1.5 metre long PVC flexible reinforced pipe for EWC, for bore dia of pipe 15mm,complete all as specified.
