Deputing expert engineer/technician for dismantling and taken out of vertical motor with the help of HOT crane & chainpulley arrangement part by part along with motor tool, ratchet, thrust bearing housing, discharge head, shafts, column pipe assembly part by part etc. and keeping them an sufficiant nos. wedges after disconnection of power cable. The items includes the cost of dismantling of delivery pipe line from the discharge head & hiring charges from all necessary tools and plants etc. tools and plants etc. to complete the job as per direction of EIC.

Supply, Delivery and storage at site of VT Pump Vertical Turbine Pumping Machinary Complete with Column Pipe, Dischage Head, Line Shaft, Head Shaft/Pump Shaft, Shaft Sleeve, Strainer Sole Plate etc. and other accessories having following specification. Discharge - 740 m³/hr. Head - 30 mtr. Motor 0.415 KV, 50HZ, 3-Phase, 93 KW Vertical Flange mounted Induction Motor (IE2) suitable for the VT pump of duty mentioned above With Adequate Margin and As Per Following Specification .

Installation of above supplied items including supply of all erection items, as required for instalation of pumping machinery, necessary inter-connection of motors with earth bus bar etc as required for completion of work as per relevant IE Rules and Hydraulic Standards with the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with specification including hire charges of welding set and necessary tools and plants etc for all completion of work as per direction & full satisfaction of EIC.

Testing and commissioning of the above supplied items viz Pumps, motors, valves , entire electrical equipments & instrumentation etc all complete as per direction & full satisfaction of EIC.
