Air Cooled Chiller 50 TR at 43.3 Deg Ambient

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of CENTRIFUGAL MONOBLOC END SUCTION PUMPS, factory mounted on a common base with electric motor for recirculation of water. In cast iron construction with bronze impeller specifically designed for quiet operation for chilled water cooling systems as shown in the drawings. All pumps shall be provided with stuffing box. The pump motor shall be suitable for 415 + 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. The quoted price shall include cost of thermal insulation and cladding of chilled water pumps.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of M.S. expansion tank for Chilled / hot water piping of 600 liters made up of 3mm thick mild steel sheet complete with 50mm thick expanded polystyrene (TF quality) insulation covered with vapour barrier, 0.5mm x 20m GI wire mesh netting and finished with 0.5m thick GI cladding duly plastered and complete with vent and drain connections with float valve, quick fill and control valves, foundation etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical Hot water generator equipped with sufficient number of electrical immersion heaters. The pressure vessel shall be constructed of 8mm MS sheet and dish end made of 10 mm MS having 16 gauge stainless steel lining with heaters arranged in banks and controlled by electronic Controller and Thermostats so that hot water is generated at 70 degree C with nominal variation, insulated on all sides with 50 mm thick fiber glass of density 32 kg/ cum and cladded with 0.80 mm aluminum sheet in a neat and clean manner. The generator shall be equipped with all automatic and safety controls such as manual reset high temperature water outlet, step controller and recycling relay, 'ON' 'OFF' switch thermostats, pilot light, low water cutoff and other controls as per manufacturers recommendations. All basic controls and terminals shall be located in an integral control cabinet factory wired and tested. The generator shall be suitable for 415 (+)/(-) 10% volts, 50 cycle, 3 phase power supply. The entire generator shall be factory assembled and tested at 350 PSI pressure.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Scrubber each comprising of extract air intake section, electrostatic precipitation technology, dry type air cleaner to remove oil, smoke and fumes from exhaust air, as per the Specifications.

Electrostatic section shall be made of 18 gauge galvanised sheet, high bake epoxy powder coated, washable type aluminium mesh filters, stainless steel spiked ionizers to create high voltage DC field, aluminum collector plates which should be alternatively charged positive and negative with large collecting area with 14" deep cell, collection area should not be less than 5.1sqmt per 1500CFM, to work as magnet for charged smoke and oil particles. Average efficiency of 90-95% in single pass as per ASHRAE test method. Electrostatic Precipitator should be able to charge particles from 0.01 micron to 10 microns through solid state power supply. Collector cell should be of permanent type and incorporate slide out facility for easy removal for cleaning. Fire Damper with Control Mechanism

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of motor actuated Fire Dampers of at least 1.5 hour fire rating in supply air duct at wall crossing of AHU room/as and where required, of requires sizes including control wiring. The damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of a fire signal which shall be provided by smoke sensor/detector in AHU room as per specifications and as required. The spring return action shall be in-built mechanism and not externally mounted. The control wiring shall be interlocked ion such a way that along with actuation of damper-closing mechanism, the AHU fan motor gets automatically switched off. Designing, fabricating, transporting to site, installing, testing and commissioning of floor mounted, self supported, compartmentalized LT cubical pattern (Extendable Type) metal clad switch board, fabricated from 2mm (14 G) thick CRCA sheet steel suitable for 31 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply and equipped with PVC sleeved aluminum bus bars of specified rating and following switch gears inter connected by PVC sleeved solid conductors, including 7-tank cleaning, degreasing, phosphating process and treatment of panel with anti-corrosive zinc based primer paint and finally powder coating the panel, complete with earthing terminals, cable and bus bar alleys and hoisting hooks as required.
