Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600 mm (8-10 mm thick) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermomechanically Treated Bars.

Reinforcement cement concrete work in suspended floors, shelves, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcment 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). All work upto floor V level.

Brick work with 2nd class brick of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make (JOHNSON, SOMANY, KAJARIA) make in colour as approved by the Engineer In Charge of size 300 x 450mm/300x600mm in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut thick mirror polished (Pre moulded & Pre polished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement ,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including edge moudling, rubbing ,curing, granite polishing to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of black colour and shade.16 mm thick minimum

Removing dry or Oil bound Distemper / water proofing cement paint and like by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete,

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with O.B. Distemper washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over & including priming coat with cement primer

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New work (Two or more coats)

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary. Glass panes 4 mm thick.

Providing Salwood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).
