BT Road Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD technical specification cluase 201.1. & direction of Engineer-in-charge (by manual means).

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, rataining walls and other structures comprising of cement concrete including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per technical specification clause 202 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation of roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with all leads and lifts, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of roadway in hard rock (requiring blasting) by drilling, blasting and breaking loading and disposal of cut rocks with all leads and lifts trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302 of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by drilling, blasting and breaking loading and disposal of cut rocks with all leads and lifts trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302 of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of 1st layer Bio enzyme based soil stablised layer to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil /material/gravel/murram ,having CBR greater then 5% and treating it TerraZyme 5x in the ratio 1L for 15 cum soil, spreading in uniform layer with grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification incl all labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . except materials like soil and metal. The soil will have PI between 7 and 18% and clay % by hydrometery should be more than 20% and less than 40%. etc complete

Construction of 2nd layer Bio enzyme based soil stablised layer to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than 6% and treating it with TerraZyme in the ratio 1L for 15.0 cum soil with 25% 40mm crusher broken metal(of compacted thickness) in desing mix, spreading in uniform layer with tractor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification incl all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . The soil will have PI between 7 and 15% and clay % by hydrometery should be more than 20% and less than 40%

Providing laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kn weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintainance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 .
