Demolition of roof treatment including PCC/ Brick Tiles, Mud phuska PCC padding, plastering, APP membrane complete treatment of any thicknesss and in any position and removing the demolished material out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick (avg) thickness cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in floors, roof padding to achieve required slope finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and facing horizontal face to groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bitumen felt water proofing treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.00kg/sqm and minimum thickness 3mm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (but not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over and including bitumen primer applied @ 0.30 Kg/sqm by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, with grey cement and no pigments, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and filling the joints with Tile Max premium cementitious grout material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, mud stops & coping etc, rounded chamfered on edge complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick walls or concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick work orconcrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 over and including 10 mm thick dubbing coat in cement mortar 1:4 as on ceiling surfaces of concrete finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
