Procurement , testing ( from NABL approved lab) and inspection of SS304L raw materials and further Preparation and approval of fabrication drawing, fabrication, machining, inspection, testing and erection of process & mechanical/remote handling equipments, and further erection of SS304L equipemnts based on ASME Sec-III Division I as per technical specification.

Procurement , testing ( from NABL approved lab) and inspection of MS raw materials and further preparation & approval of fabrication drawing, fabrication inspection, testing, descaling, shot blasting, painting and supply of cutomized MS equpments (such as overpacks and cubicles etc.) based on relevant codes & standards as per technical specification.

Dismantling, cutting, sizing and disposal of MS/SS Structural members/ cubicles ( made of plates, angles etc.) obsolete service equipments, process equipments, different gadgets and fixed installations including pumps, casings/cages etc. in radioactive area of WIP, Trombay.

Repair and removal of damaged SS lining and further erection, installation and welding and QA checks of new SS lining (utilizing SS sheets) on the floor and wall as per tender technical specification. Quality assurance tests such as Dye Penetration test and Vacuum test etc. of all reinstalled/new/ refurbished SS lining of floor and wall of IL bay, shall be carried out as per tender technical specification.

Butt welding (GTAW) with radiography quality for stainless steel pipes & pipe fittings of different size using high purity Argon gas (99.995% min) for shielding & back purging followed by Liquid Penetrant Examination for root & final weld, local passivation of the weld joints as per approved procedure and technical specifications.

Fillet welding (GTAW) for all stainless steel pipelines using high purity Argon gas (99.995% min) for shielding & back purging followed by Liquid Penetrant Examination for root & final weld and final approval of these welds after pressure testing shall be carried out as per tender technical specification.

Radiography (Gamma Ir-192) of butt welding joints on the basis of relevant standards and approved proceedure as per attached tender technical specifications.

Procurement, erection, fabrication, installation and execution of Rockwool sheet ( atleast 50 mm thickness) with enclosure of Aluminium Cladding sheet for enclosure of pipe steam lines.

Erection, installation, supporting ( utilizing SS/ MS structural members such as angles, channels, beam etc.), testing and commissioning of SS304L Piping in sizes from 8 mm NB to 200 mm NB [This work involves identification of existing pipelines, piping spool/ nozzles of equipment inside the cell, taking site measurements inside and outside the cell, incorporating the required changes in GA drawings, preparation & approval of pipe spool drawings prior to any fabrication activity, identification of all materials, taking delivery of the same from departmental stores, complete handling, transportation, cleaning, detergent washing, pickling & passivation, iron and chloride contamination checks, rinsing, marking, cutting of pipes and edge preparation, fabrication of SS pipe bends with 5D and more radius, fit-up, tack welding, alignment, maintaining slope, line tagging, weld joint tagging, supporting, local passivation of weld joint, pneumatic testing of lines, complete erection, preparation of as built drawings etc. and readying the same for GTAW welding as per approved spool drawings]. Pressure testing of all pipe lines & Embedded plugs/pipe EP's during commissioning shall also be in the scope of the supplier. Additionally the work shall also involve erection of EIC approved safe working platform, scaffolding, handling gadgets such as jib crane, chain pulley bock, arrangement of working tools and tackels, personal protective equipment & safety gear/garments such as gloves, safety glasses and shoes, earplugs or muffs, hard hats, respirators, or coveralls, vests and full body suits etc. shall be in the scope of the supplier.

Erection, fixing and installation of structural support members (box, angles, channel etc.) utilizing raw materials ( made of SS or MS (If MS is being used then painting need to be done) in form of plates, beams, channel & angles etc. where it also covers shearing, cutting, fixing, welding, tacking, dimensional checking, testing etc of all such supports to the existing EPs or other structural members including RCC walls for piping or equipment installation works.

Shifting, handling, transportation of all equipments to designated place/location, further erection and installation of all equipments, mounting of headers/ALP/DP/SBP etc. and other assemblies such as off gas heaters, tanks, columns, furnace assemblies, glove boxes, different pots and other remote handling equipments etc. inthe radioactive area of the cell.
