Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified diameter and length below the pile cap M25 in cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of boring with casing and / or bentonite solution and length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) (i) 500 mm dia piles(M25 grade).

P/L cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering & shuttering (a) 1:4:8 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement in foundation and plinth 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 coarse sand ; 4 graded stone aggreagate 20 mm norminal size )

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. M-25 grade reinforced cement concrete by using 380kg. of cement per cum of concrete. All work upto Plinth Level.

Steel Reinforcement for RCC work including straighting cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete TMT bar.

Providing form work i/c centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concreteto and plain concrete work in:(a) Foundation Footings, bases of coloumn etc. ans mass concreate.

(b) Sides & soffits of beams, beam hauncings, cantilever, girders, cantilevers, girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1m in depth.

(c) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

(d). Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like i/c attached pilaster buttresses, plinth the string course and the like.

(e). Slopping or battering surface i/c folded plates where inclination to horizontal plane does not exceed 30( degree) requesting shuttering only on the underside.

2nd Class ( local first Class ) brick work in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Half brick work masonry 2nd class ( local class ) in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement : 3 coarse in superstructure.

15mm Cement plaster (1:4 ) 15 mm thick ( 1 Cement : 4 fine Sand )

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved quality on wall surface.

Finishing walls weather shield paint of approved quality on new work (three or more coats) to give even shade.

Providing and lying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge.

Filling in plinth with sandy soil under floor including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Granite stone slab flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 Cement : 6 coarse sand ) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete with granite slab 20 mm slab thick jade ( 60 x 120 cm )

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortor1:6 laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and policing complete 15-18 mm thick.

Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15cm to 25cm and watering the same (i) All kinds of soil.

Cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass brush, wood , tree and saplings of girth upto 300 cm measured at a height of 1 metre above ground level nand removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 metre outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Surface dressing of he ground including removing vegetation and inequalitiesw not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.50m

Dismantling of Reinforced concrete pile head complete as per drawing an technical specification

Steel work welded in built up section framed work i/c cutting hoisting fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in (a0 In grating, framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar work.

Steel work in single section i/c cutting hoisting fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in M.S Flat/Plat. 20 mm thick.

Providing & fixing M.S bolts of sizes with nuts & washers complete.

Applying ready mixed priming coat (Red lead primer of approved quality) on steel work.

Painting (two or more coats ) with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality in all aheades except black chocolate on steel work to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channetls, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (whereever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel.

Laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-3 for culvert including pointing ends and fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 (a) 900mm diameter

Providing and fixing Cast Iron benches.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every third and topmost layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonne and dressing up embankment for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks and filling up ground depression, lift upto 1.5 metre and without lead. (b) (ii) Hard /Dense soil (with roller).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm.in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 metres lift upto 1.5 metre.

Finishing the end of the following PVC armoured cable by criping method including supply & fixing solderless socket (dowl make) tapes, anticorrsive paste & joining matterial.

Supply & drawing 2 x 1.5 mm Kv single core standrad fr pvc insulated copper wire finlex for connection of street bollard light.

Supplying of 3.5 core 70sqmm PVC a/ al. cable.

Wiring for circuit/sub-main wiring along with earth wire with 2x4mm2 + 1x4mm2 earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recess PVC conduit etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing cable junction box IP 65 with plain walls of size 260mm x 210 mm x 116mm including making hole to insert the cable and dismantling the worn out MS box etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing earth electrode i/c connection etc as reqd. The earth electrode shall be buried upto a depth of 1 M below the ground level.

Supply and laying 8 SWG GI wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth eletrode including soldring etc. as reqd.

SITC of floor mounted Double Door Outdoor Type Conforming to IP 55 protection, 3 phase, 400 Amps, 440 Volts, 50 Hz, to withstand rough usage and weather, fabrication with 16 SWG CRCA sheet with hinged type doors, detachable gland plates at top for cable chamber, earthing studs, bottom cable entry provision, including supplying and fixing the following switchgear, interlocking between incomer and bus coupler, interconnections with bus bar, internal control wiring, earthing etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications.
