Supply of 10 Mtrs swaged tubular street light pole as per IS:410-SP

Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 8.0 mtrs. And upto 11.0 mtrs.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm cross arm for 2 wire OH line complete with clamps,bols, nuts & washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulaor pin sets and painting with primer & finish paint etc as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) pole top bracket/cross arm for single over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of angle iron / channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC /PCC / Steel tubular / Rail pole etc. as reqd.

Supply & Erection of 75mm x 90mm shackle Insulator with GI Bolts, Nuts and straps etc as reqd .

Supplying & erection of stay set complete(galvanized) with 19/20 mm diaX 1.8 mtrs long stay rod ,anchor plate of size 45cmx45cmx7.5mm thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/3.15 mm dia GI stay wire and strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long GI. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as reauired.

Supply of 3 x 35 sqmm + 1 x 25+ 1x16 sqmm AB cable (4 core).

Erection of ACSR conductor/AB Cable of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required

Erection of Light fittings as required.

Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 100 Amp TP&N

Supplying and fixing of astronomical timer panel for street light control of rating 3Pole, 230V, 110A per phase and operating on 230V with IP54 rating enclosure and necessary over- current, leakage current realy protections

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Mtr long, 40mm dia., including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover palte having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal /cock and salt etc., as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Supply of 150 Watt LED Street light

Supply of 4core PVC insulated power cable of 1.1KV grade 35sq mm Aluminium armoured cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35sqmm

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work:- 150 nos x 4.60 sqm = 690sqm

Lettering with black lapan paint of approved brand and manufacture 150 nos x 15 letter x 4 cm =9000 letter cm

PCC Grade M20 cement concrete on open foundation including Formwork, shuttering etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of section 1500,1700 and 2100 150 nos x 0.25 cum = 37.5 cum

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
