Supply and install , testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set 100 KVA capacity with AMF panel, water cooled engine for 80 KW power generation @ RPM 1500, as per IS 4722 and IS 10001/10002, brushless frame with silencer and Canopy for sound less mode (having acoustic enclosure canopy approved by MOEF/CPCB norms sound level 75 db at one meter from enclosure surface in free field conditions as per ISO 8528) and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynamo and 80 kW/ 100 KVA electric alternator as per IS 13354,, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire,50 Hz, Voltage Regulation ± 15, Insulation class H coupled to engine with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer and consisting of other electrical components, fuel tank of capacity of not less than for 12 hour run with level indicator installed on suitable steel frame with PCC foundation as per manufacturers instructions, Power Command genset Controller, fuel pipes, Dual spin on fuel filter, Dry type Aircleaner, Shutt off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT , fuel pipes , bar metre, hour meter , oil temperature gauges, ammeter, ignition switch, radiator with cooling fan, maintanance free battery 12 V (1x12V) / 1x160 AH , including suitable size of copper cable leads with terminals, all mountings ,accessories and necessary foundation and AVM pads complete as per manufacurers recommendations and to the satisfaction of Engr in charge with the following accessories:-

(a) PRIME MOVER(Diesel Engine): Diesel engine shall be water cooled multi cylinder diesel engine capable of delivering minimum 156 BHP (as per BS 5514 / ISO 3046 BSS-649 - For Engine) complete with fuel filter, air filter, by pass filter starter, Dynamo flywheel, coupling guard, governor, battery charger alternator, fuel/feed pump/fuel tank suitable for 12 hrs running capacity mounted on MS frame pedestal supported with anti-vibration mounting rated for continuous running capable of taking 10% over load for one hr in any 12 hrs operaton complete. The make of Diesel Engine shall be CUMMINS/ KIRLOSKAR/ GREAVES COTTON/ASHOK LEYLAND (b) Alternator: 80 KW/100KVA output at 0.80 PF AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM, brush less, self excited, self regulated, screen protected drip proof type with two end shield ball/roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces, class ‘H’ insulation with IP-23 protection and automatic voltage regulation +/- 1.0% as per IS-4722 or BS 5000 screen protected drip proof enclosure, self ventilated. (c) Acoustic Enclosure : Acoustic enclosure shall meet stringent MOEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75 % load under free field conditions, designed to have optimum serviceability, Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated even at 500 C air inlet temp, UV resistant powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish, Use of stainless steel hardware, Insulation material meets exacting IS- 8183 specifications for better attenuation.

(d) Gen set controller : Microprocessor based gen set controller for metering, monitoring, protecting and electronic governing of the engine with LED display for engine water temperature, lubrication oil pressure, Engine protection for low lube oil pressure, high coolant temperature (alarm and shutdown), Alternator protection parameters like under voltage, over voltage, over frequency, over current, under frequency (alarm and shutdown), Relay drivers for remote annunciations, Cyclic cranking, Auto / manual start / sop, Remote monitoring capability through separate interface modules, engine RPM, engine shutdown display, total hours run and suitable for protection against high water temperature, low lubrication oil pressure, over speed and battery charger failure. (e) SEMI ROTORY PUMP : Manually operated fuel pump filling diesel in the tank of adequate capacity with inlet connection to the tank with 5 meter flexible hose pipe heavy duty for suction of diesel from barrel. (f) Base plate : Fabricated out of MS channel’s ISMC of suitable size for fixing of DG set all as specified by the manufacturer.(g) Electric starter equipment. The equipment shall comprise the following:- (i) Maintenance free Heavy duty- 1No, 24 plates,12V 160AH 36 months guarantee connected to the system duly charged including lead and battery terminal’s complete. Make:V-guard/ Exide/AMRON/Luminous/Sukam. (ii) Starter Motor (iii) Starter gearing (iv) Start/stop push button (v) Alternator/Dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG set is running complete with auto cut out all as per manufacture recommendations. (h) Fuel tank with level indicator one No. of MS sheet steel 16 SWG and capacity with necessary mounted arrangement and piping height higher than the DG set to hold diesel sufficient for running 12 hours running at full load including separate diesel tanks shall be provided as per the consumption of DG set.

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mm, 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to galvanized earth Lead earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel protected by GI pipe 40mm bore light grade and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade all as shown in Electrical Plate No.5 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete.

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated, armored heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor in trenches including suitable size of double grip cable gland and joiinting etc complete for 3.5 core and 70 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches n.exc.1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25 cms in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance n.exc 50m away and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread river sand in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of old size sub-class B for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
