Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces,scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: Old paint will be removed mechanically with wire brush attachment to machine before application of primer and paint coats as directed by Engineer-in Charge

Providing & applying plaster based on synthetic fibre & chemicals having acid, alkalies, fire & fungus resistance properties of approved shade on plastered surface of building walls at all levels in the same pattern of facia blocks with grooves,texture, bands for different offsets in different colours as per approved sample including existing double scaffolding. Note: Old paint will be removed mechanically with wire brush attachment to machine before application of primer and paint coats

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H-frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. Note : (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. (2) For all items under this work order which require scaffolding , the Scaffolding will be measured and paid only once, irrespective of duration of scaffolding for the entire work and will not be seperately paid for each item. (3) Scaffolding shall be removed only after completion of all works. (4) The scaffolding once provided shall be removed after the entire work is neatly completed in all respects and payment shall be made after completion of all works and measurement will be taken only once. (5) Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder/staircase module shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, upto the full height of scaffolding at required locations around the building to enable department Engineer/Supervisor to closely supervise the repair work at heights.The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (6) Contractor has to make arrangement at his own expenses for temporary sealing of windows/openings with plywood, to avoid breaking of windows panes, and covering outdoor ac units during the progress of work. (7) Wherever scaffolding has to be erected over existing lawns or flowerbeds, then all such locations shall be completely covered with tarpaulins before erecting scaffolding. (8) Safety nets and nylon screens shall be provided for full height of scaffolding to prevent falling of debris and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (9) Scaffolding shall be erected as per the provisions of IS 3696. (10) All safety precautions and measures shall be taken as per BARC Construction safety Manual. 11) Scaffolding will be provided with Safety net at appropriate height. (12) Debris Netting shall be provided for full height of scaffolding.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing & applying Chemical based water proofing of Modified Acrylic Emulsion Polymer and Elastomeric waterproofing coating meeting technical parameter / specification over terrace slab/ parapet/ side walls etc. at all elevations including polycon based fibrous net all complete including cleaning and preparation of surface and testing by ponding water complete with following operations: 1. Removing of all loose materials by wire mesh and clean entire terrrace with clean water by using water jet wherever required. 2. Opening all visible crack by plaster cutting machine in "V" shape, 3. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification (Aluminium frame work will be paid under relevant item)

Providing & Applying polymer modified, liquid applied, crack bridging, elastic, 2 pack acrylic polymer modified cementitious water-proofing coating system on concrete /plastered wall surfaces. The waterproofing chemical shall have Tensile strength of not less than 2 N/mm2 , Elongation not less than 35%. The substrate must be prepared by suitable mechanical preparation techniques such as high pressure water jetting, needle guns, blast cleaning etc. and properly pre-wetted to a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition. Blast clean to remove all contaminants within pores /blowholes.Mixing of Mortar shall be carried out as per Manufacturers specification using slow speed paddle mixer (500- 600 rpm).Subsequently,application of mortar and Curing shall be carried out as per Manufacturer's specifications all as per the directions of the Engineer -in Charge at all levels and locations complete. Note: Scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant item.

The cloth shall be tied with necessery suitable arrangement in such away that no area is left out at the edges as well as at the overlap portions and keeping the same in position during the entire period of work.The cloth net shall be maintained from time to time, by replacing the damaged portion The same shall also be cleaned at regular interval so as not to accumulate the debris . The same shall be removed after completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The cost includes all the materials , labour , ropes required for tieing / fixing at site complete.

Providing and applying Polyurethane coating for external application in two coats on stone masonry/ brick masonry with polyurethane paint. Polyurethane for external application system consists of 4 part of Polyurethane resin : 1 Part polyurethane Hardener by weight, as per approved manufacturer's specifications, including preparation of surface by cleaning with water jet,removing loose material, scaffolding, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
