Stay assembly of any size with rod and accessories. NOTE: Earth work and demolition of concrete Shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nut & bolts , washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, washers in any shape or size as indicated or directd incl one primer coat, one under coat & and one finishing coat complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor of any size in accrodance with site requirement and binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire tapes complete all as specified & directed.

S&F synthetic line separators of LT OH lines with nut,bolts & washers straight type horizontal configuration fixed at a point as directed and suitable for single phase 2 wire LT lines complete all as specified & directed.

S&F synthetic line separators of LT OH lines with nut,bolts & washers straight type horizontal configuration fixed at a point as directed and suitable for single phase 4 wire LT lines complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F shackle type, porecelain, vitreou,s white, brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia and 75mm height incl galvanised steel straps of 31x3 mm size insulator and 12 mm dia bolt,washer & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing stay assembly for electric pole complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part -I , diametre of stay rod 20mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : loop type insulator,excavation &concrete shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of Large size, with overall dimensions 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, including nut bolts & washers of suitable length and thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised stay strand/wire, 7/4mm for stay assembly to be fixed between stay assembly and stay clamp on PCC/MS steel pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia/8mm dia for guard wire, continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Restringing only ACSR conductor of any type/ size, 5 Nos strings on existing LT poles, etc including binding on to insulators with and including aluminium wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: ACSR conductor of length upto 45 metre shall be considered as each span.

M&L for Cleaning and preparation of surface of MS Tubular pole 9.00 m long and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including ZEBRA painting with 02 coat of black & white colour synthetic enemal paint in alternate strip to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and marking pole numbers with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) PCC coping shall be painted with two coat of cement based paint of white colour. (ii) Marking of pole No. shall be with black colour on yellow circled surface of minimum 150 mm dia.

Supply and laying in replacement GI Pipe of 50 mm bore dia, light grade, laid in trenches/wall/poles for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI Pipe of 80 mm bore dia, light grade, laid in trenches/wall/poles for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard/dense soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning the UG cable, screened, unwashed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight trench for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for poles / stays foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggegate for pole coping & road crossing including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exc 25 cm in soil, each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 25 sq mm 4 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 50 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 120 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart incl 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart incl 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for any type of road cutting upto 300mm deep & 300 mm wide for laying GI pipe for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415V, with breaking capacity 16 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415V, with breaking capacity 16 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415V, with breaking capacity 36 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole, 415V, with breaking capacity 36 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415V, with breaking capacity 36 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamalled white, with letters, figures and convenitional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S.clamps,bolts and nuts of approoved size, for LT, 20x15 cm size,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking proper shut down and servicing the LT panel board of any type ( indoor/Out door) complete of any make, removal of dust, reconnection of all incoming and outgoing cable with proper gland, replacemnet of all nut, bolts and washers, repalcement of control wiring including insulation tapping with colour coding, replacement of burned aluminium bus bars, fixing of LT panel front and back door covers on hinges complete with cutting ,welding ,grinding etc and providing porper locking arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Cost for replacement of minor spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The rates shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, MS Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket to all doors including raising of foundation to 300cm height & 2 coat of cement base paint over it, etc. (PCC shall be measured & paid seperatly) (c) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Repairs to ACB's are not included in the scope of work. (d) Cost of replacement of defective Thimble, CT's, Ammeter, Voltmer and indication lamps are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for painting of LT panel of any type or size with one coat of synthetic enamelled grey paint with brush of suitable size including preparation of old painted surface after taking shut down of that panel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement wall mounted Bus bar chamber 100Amp, 4 way with suitable thickness of Aluminium bus bars, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havell's Cat No: IHBC025006 or equivalent make of Universal Swtich Gear/Heagar/L&T/seimens Note: Faster (not less than 6 inchs - 4 nos), nut, bolt & washer deemed to be included in quoted rates for fixing timer to wall/pole.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of LT panel, outdoor type, double door, IP 65 Protection, CPRI Approved, base frame mounted, dust proof and vermin proof with bus bar of 350 Amps, current capacity to accommodate 3,phase, 415Volt with suitable aluminium busbar designed as per relevant IS connected to busbar by aluminium strip of suitable Size, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer chamber and 2 mm thick for partition and doors and painting with seven tank process with twin shutter closing, locking arrangements and with 2 nos earthing sprout connectors complete and fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 40 cm above ground level including necessary form work, including provision of MCCB 200Amp, 36 KA, 4Pole -1 Nos (Incomer), Digital VAF Meter, LED Indication Lamps, CT's etc and outgoing MCCB 100Amp, 30KA, 3 Pole-1 Nos, outgoing MCCB 63 Amp, 16 KA, 3 pole - 3 nos, along with spare space for fixing of 01 Nos MCCB, complete control wiring for the above accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement LT Feeder pillar, outdoor type, confirming to IP-65 ,CPRI Approved, base frame mounted, dust proof with two partition one to accomodate MCCB & other for aluminium bus bar chamber, suitable for 250 Amps rating, 3 phase, 415Volt, designed as per relevant IS, having aluminium strip of suitable Size, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer chamber and 1.6 mm thick for partition and doors and painting with seven tank process with twin shutter closing & locking arrangements complete and fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 40 cm above ground level including necessary form work, including provision of MCCB 160Amp, 3Pole -1 Nos (Incomer), Ammeter, Voltmer, Indication Lamps and outgoing bus bar of suitable rating of 250 Amps of sufficient length for fixing 2 set of 3.5 core XLPE outgoing cable of upto 70 Sqmm size with mean of nut bolt & washers, arranged in vertical direction mounted on suitable rating insulators in acending order, complete with control wiring for the above accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. Connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthling strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as 'supply only'.

Supply only GI strip 25x4mm as earth lead, complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 72,945.00
