Special Technical Eligibility Criteria:(a) Maintenance Period: Fixed at 12 (Twelve) months from the actual date of completion.(b) Security Retention on NS Items: 20% of payable amounts under Non-Schedule (NS) items shall be retained and released only after successful completion of the 12-month maintenance period based on satisfactory performance.(c) Authorized Applicator Certificate: Bidders must submit a valid Authorized Applicator Certificate along with the tender.
