Cleaining/uprooting grass/small bushes from the surface of existing runway/shoulder by application of defoliating agent (grass cleaning chemical) and removal of the debris from site exc. 250m but not exc. 500m complete all as per specified and as directed.

Cutting existing felxible pavement with cutter machine to a depth of n.exc. 250mm made into shape of rectangular/square , cleaning the cut portion with hard brushes and removing all foreign materials to a distance exc 100m but n. exc. 250m complete all as per specified and as directed.

Excavating over area n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ISI approved Geogrid with triangular aperature shape and rib shape with nodal thickness 3mm and min unit weigth 245gm/sqm laid over tack over subgrade including laying in position and cutting into size as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for ISI approved Geocell 1.25mm thick and 100mm in height on sub base layer including laying in position and cutting into size as required complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly one priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg/10 sq.m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making good cracks / repair to rough surface of flexible pavement using ready to be used ISI approved, bituminous road patching material, 50mm thick and finished to match with existing surface and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as per specified and as directed. Make : R.K. Jute Felt Laghu udyog/STP Ltd and/or equivalent make as approved by competent authority of MES.

M&L for preparing and clearing exsting old treated concrete/asphaltic surfaces and appliyng one coat for road marking paint (aqua base) golden yellow/oragne /red for lines, arrows, letters etc.Width or girth exc. 100mm, complete all as per specified and as directed. Make : Berger Paints Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd (Apcotrak)/ Shalimar Paints Ltd / Jenson & Nicholoson Paints Ltd.

All as per Serial item No. 8 here-in-before but with white paint. Make : Berger Paints Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd (Apcotrak)/ Shalimar Paints Ltd / Jenson & Nicholoson Paints Ltd.

M&L for forming embankments with soil including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc, n. exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Serial item No. 10 here-in-before but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in height above the first 1.5m.

M&L for boulder pitching grouted with set in cement mortar (1:6) handpacked tightly in vertical bunds with sloping face complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for 150 mm thick compacted thickness GSB (Granular sub base) Grade- II (as per table 400-1 of MORTH, IRC specification) stablized with 2% of cement (blended dry and properly mixed with cement) over existing sub grade, filled into Geocell grids, watering ramming / rolling by plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed.
