Civil Work : Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone boulders (except sheet rock & boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site with all leads including cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand excavated earth including laying the earth in layers not exceeding 23.5 cm thick ramming & watering with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour,T&P completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with available excavated earth including watering, ramming with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

CEMENT CONCRETE (1:2:4) in F&F using 12mm (1/2) size crusher broken hard black granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete, watering and curing for four weeks with cost conveyance cess and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.(excluding GST)

R.C.C. work (1:1.5:3) M-25 having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200kg/square meter in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and 516 using 12mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25%) hard black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves to beads where necessary, providing drip cess and proper randy the joint with wall surface where necessary and providing fan hooks as per requirement and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting including cost, conveyance, royalties, of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc .complete in all respect but excluding cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening cutting bending binding and laying the grills and placing in proper position etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
