REPAIR/ RESURFACING OF BITUMINOUS ROAD AND ROAD MARKING AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE NAMS

Material and labour for Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth making good the surface by applying a tack coat 10 kg/10 Sqm ,putting in premixed bituminous macadam using bitumen @ 4% of weight of road metal binder @ 9.8 kg / Sqm , binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed to uniform surfaces , depth of pot hole n.exc 30mm thick complete, all as specified as directed.

All as per Srl Item 2.00 here-in-before but depth of potholes n.exc 30mm and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick), well rammed and sealed with premix sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked ,mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compresser to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen primer @ 5 kg/10 sqm using paving bitumen VG 10 and laying semi dence Asphaltic bituminious concrete ( SDAC ) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG 30 by weight of total mix with mechanical paver mixing in hot mix plant , rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne mechanical power roller complete, all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Mix Design of bituminous SDAC will be got done form approved lab.

Material and labour Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen @ 4% by the weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less or as required) with 10 to 12 ton power roller complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing of surfaced black top surfaces & by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt /dust etc and other deleterious, material and applying evenly a priming / tack coat using with bituminous primer of paving bitumen Vg - 30 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, of road surface complete, all as specified and directed.

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 1.5 to 2mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxiide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirment for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification (latest revision) including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete, all as specified and directed. .

Supply & fixing Solar Cat eye / Studs of size 125mmX125mmX25mm (Shank 60mm) with aluminium alloy shell, high efficiency Mono - crystalline solar pannel 2.40 V/0.30 Watt having one Ni-Mh are Ni-Cd rechargeble battery (1.2 V)/1600 MA), Six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Milli Candela) having flash rate 02 Hz and bearable weight 10 tons approx with view distance upto 1000 Mtrs of any colour i.e yellow, red, blue, green or white as required at site, working tem 10 degrees to 75 degrees C, working time 3 to 4 days after fully charged battery, charging time 5 to 6 hours from direct sun light, maint free unbreakable poly carbonate clear facing , automatically turns on at night and turns off at dawn including all fixing arrangement as per manufactures instructions complete, all as specified and directed. Supply & fixing CAT'S EYE designed to provide enhanced, dependable road guidance to motorists in bad weather conditions, made out of strong ABS moulded body with polycarbonate /PMMA (Acrylic) micro prismatic reflectors ultrasonically welded on the moulded ABS body for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with Epoxy - Resin based adhesive or special Hot Melt Bitumen adhesive avoiding nails etc complete, all as specified and directed. Make :- 3M , Dark Eye or Green Lite or Sun Lite to be approved by GE.

Material and labour in repair for road delineator ABS round body, reflective reflectors (Amber/Red colour) and mounted on MS pipe 50mm dia duly powder coated overall length 850mm fitted with anti rust and theft steel net including welding of mild steel flat iron at bottom of delineator of size 25x5mm, 150mm long , necessary excavation and embeded in PCC block 1:2:4 type B1 of size 30x15x30cm complete, all as specifed and directed Make:- Dark Eye Model No DA-74 or equivalent of Makes specified in list of Makes

Supply & fixing in repair for speed Brakers ,750mmx 250x75mm each pice with two Nos of reflector ,any coller plastic boady confirming to IS-67-1977and fill hollow part with 1:2:4 plain cement concreate of speed bracker fixed wit epoxy coating meteral and necessary fixture complete, all specified and directed. Material and labour for preparation of synthetic enamel paint for old concrete Surfaces (road side curve any description or plain or moulded, over 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete, all as specified and directed.
