Maintenance and overhauling of DG sets of following capacities installed at various locations in INS Mandovi, once in six months including checking, cleaning, adjusting/ tightening, oiling, greasing and re-seting of existing parts, decarbonising of battery terminals etc, for smooth operation of generator sets and ensuring proper functioning of valves, 'V' belts, pulleys, fan hub, idler, water pump, filters, engine cylinder head, bolts, nuts and washers, vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbons brushes, vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbon brushes, springs, AVR's, exhaust pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule

S & F in repirs power contactor including single core copper cable of 10 to 25 sqmm with suitable lugs for connecting to starter panel/ AMF panel complete all as specified and directed. Make: L & T model No: MNX 45 or equivalent

S & F in repairs wiring to AMF panel for DG set of any capacity including interlock system of AMF panel with existing size of copper wiring including proper connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs radiator assy with tank, complete set made up of copper/aluminium fins and tube suitable for 35KVA to 125 KVA capacity DG set of any make complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs lead acid type 12 V / 180 AH battery with initial charging and comissioning as required at site to the concerned DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and top up diesel engine oil 15W 40 (as per site requirement) in DG sets installed at various locations in INS Mandovi complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling coolant concentrate as required in the DG oil sump complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling defective alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and DG set after removing all electrical connections, transporting to an approved / authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assy rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge and original manufacturer, applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven, re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site, re-installing in the same locaton, carrying out alignment of complete DG set, connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters. (c) Released copper winding shall be weighed to be taken in schedule of credit

S & F in repairs battery terminals, brass, suitable for 95 AH to 180 AH battery complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling defective self starter assy of 12/24 volts, repairing, replacing of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring, etc, soldering after repairs, re-assembling, refixing at site and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs AVR unit suitable for 35 KVA to 250 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC insulated battery lead made from multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 mtr length and suitable size (minimum 35 sqmm) including suitable copper/ brass clamps and lugs for fixing on battery terminals and self starter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs asbestos rope of 12 mm dia and superior quality for wrapping with the exhaust pipe of the DG set complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of DG set of capacity upto 250 KVA, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour and writing of SM/MES No at easily visible location complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs electronic DG set controller control unit suitable for 250 KVA Capacity DG set including battery charger, relay board, oil pressure sensor, water temperature sensor, complete control wiring, neccessary connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and adding distilled water in the DG batteries complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing/ overhauling of centrifugal pump sets of 7.5 to 10 HP capacity in fire fighting, 3 phase, after disconnecting water/ electric connections including cleaning, repairing, machining, greasing, replacing of washers for lock nuts complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M & L for rewinding electric motor of 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz AC mono block/ centrifugal pump sets of 10 to 7.5 HP capacity after disconnecting (electric/water connections). taking down electric motor from the existing position, inspecting the same, transporting to a reputed workshop for repairs, transporting it back, cutting and removing burnt out winding conductors, rewinding with insulated super enameled copper conductor of same gauge and weight, providing cotton insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying, refixing in position checking the alignment, connecting up all the electrical and water line connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

Annual Maintenance contract for fully automatic electrically operated passenger lifts (04 Nos) of make "Kone Elevators"; carrying capacity of 08 Passengers (544 kg) to serve (G+ 03 - 01 No) & (G + 7 - 02 Nos) and carrying capacity of 130 Passengers (884 kg) to serve (G+ 05 - 01 No); with AC variable voltage & variable frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex collective automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/ without attendant, automatic center opening doors with VVVF door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infrared sensor in full height of door & built-in announcing system without handset (04 Nos, one each in car, machine room & near Ground floor landing door) comprising of all devices and accessories, including repairs/ replacement of all defective and unserviceable parts as per manufacturer's recommendation, attending of breakdown as and when intimated throughout the year for all days including sundays/holidays complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i). Maintenance/repair work shall be carried out through trained service engineer from OEM. (ii). The contractor shall sign a MoU with OEM for a period of 1 year from the date directed by Engineer-in-Charge for carrying out the maintenance and repair work of lifts and shall produce original MoU to Accepting officer . (iii). Contractor shall ensure that routine maintenance is carried out and lifts are maintained in serviceable condition 24 hrs x 365 days.

Inspection and testing of lift by lift inspector authorised by Goa State Govt, for serviceability and safety aspects of lifts and submission of necessary report as per proforma complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of solar water heater upto 300 ltrs capacity including checking serviceability of individual components and replacing worn out fasteners, gaskets, washers accessories, inspection of the entire system, cleaning of sacrificial anode, rectification of any leaks, tightening of loose electric connections etc. and making system operational complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

S & F in repairs lift car cabin fan of suitable size and make all as per item no 32 above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs solar water tube 58 x 1800 mm for solar water heaters complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs heating element of 3 kW, 230 volts, ISI marked, suitable for storage type water heater complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete servicing of firefighting system of make Honeywell, consisting of 100mm dia fire pipe, fire cabinet box, fire hose reel drum, fire hydrant valve, manual call point, fire addressible panel, siren/sounder etc, twice in a year, including repair/replacement of defective items and programming the system respective to change of any addressible items complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of fire fighting pipe line fitted upto G+7, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, as per existing colour, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for refilling of fire extinguishers of ABC type or water based type, of 9 liter capacity including marking expiry date complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning solar PV plant panels installed at various locations at INS Mandovi including cutting and removing of grass and tree bushes at areas surrounding the panels complete all as specified and directed.
