Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Removing of old PVC/Carpet flooring and cleaning the floor to make it for refixing of new PVC Flooring as required at the place.

Providing and fixing 2 mm thick standard polyvinyl chloride resin binder 12 inch x 12 inch Tiles flooring make ARMSTRONG or Equivalents colour of Tiles shall be approved by the Engineer in-charge (weight of tiles should not be less than 4 kg/sqm).
