Hiring and continuous operation of a 20 HP sewage dewatering pump-set trolley. The setup must include the installation of necessary accessories such as Non-Return Valves (NRVs), sluice valves, bends, flanges, Cables, MS suction line properly lowered into the sump-well, conforming to the site depth and MS delivery pipeline or another suitable pipeline is to be laid as per site requirement. This includes all required consumables such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber packing, and execution activities like welding and alignment followed by proper reinstatement with proper barricading to ensure public safety. The job also includes the erection of a temporary tin shed at the site to house the pump-sets (if required), electrical panel/starter, and provide shelter to operating staff. Round-the-clock staffing is to be ensured for continuous monitoring and operation. The duties of the deployed staff shall include the operation of the pump-sets, general watch and ward, handling of Diesel Engine / DG set, dewatering of sewage along with floating waste (kachra), cleaning of pump impeller, removal of sludge/silt, and maintenance of hourly log-sheets (24 hours) for the operation of pump-sets and DG sets as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Diesel and/or electricity required for running the pump-sets shall be provided by the department as per site conditions. Period: 90 Days x 3 Shift = 270 Shifts

Hiring of 40 KVA Capacity canopy salient sound proof DG Set floor mounting for Operation of above Sewage Pump-set in good condition. The Job includes Loading/ unloading, cartage, changeover / Main Switch, Electric Panel Board/Starter and cable of suitable size, including consumable items like lubricants etc. and making connection with above said motor/pump-set to made operational in proper way. The Job includes minor maintenance of DG set as per requirement. Period: 90 Days x 3 Shift = 270 Shifts Note: If Electric meter will be installed by DISCOM agency then there will be no requirement of said DG set at site.
