Repair to 5Nos. 8HP/1.0 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump sets by way of decoupling engine from pump and dismantling the engine parts like head, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Repairs by way of replacement of ring sets, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides and grinding them. Adjustment to rocker assembly and tappets. Job also includes complete repairs and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc. then calibrating the pump on calibration bench and fitting with engine. P/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipes with banjo bolts. P/Filling of 4.5 ltr M-Oil in each engine. Testing the engine on no load. Further, the job includes repairs to 1.0 Cusec Pump units by way of complete dismantling of pump and extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. P/F of bearings-2nos. Fab. & P/F of gland bush-1No., gland set, and cotter set to each pump. Reassembling the pump by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Refitting the repaired pump and coupling it with engine by p/f of new flexible coupling along with nuts & bolts. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station, Jammu.

Repair to Crank Shaft by way of replacement of big end main bearing, C.R bush, oil pump, oil seal, fly wheel key, ring sets, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides and grinding them. Adjustment to rocker assembly and tappets. Job also includes complete repairs and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc. then calibrating the pump on calibration bench and fitting with engine. Repairs by way of replacement of ring sets, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides and grinding them. Adjustment to rocker and tappets assembly. Calibrating of fuel pump on calibration bench and fitting with engine. The job includes Oil change of 10HP diesel driven dewatering pump set by way of draining out of existing M.oil and cleaning the crank case completely with recommended chemicals. P/Filling of M.oil 4.5 ltrs, P/F of fuel filter, M. oil filter and gasket, fuel & m.oil pipes with banjo bolts and air cleaning assembly. Job also involves replacement of 4” dia nipple 02No. Suction pipe of 4” dia along with foot valve of same dia and cleaning of fuel tank. Further job includes repair of 1.2 Cusec Pump units of 10HP Diesel driven dewatering Pumps by way of dismantling of pump by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. P/F of new bearings, Greasing of bearings. Cleaning of water chamber. Refitting the pump and coupling it with engine by p/f of new tyre coupling along with nuts & bolts and gland packing of appropriate size. Complete Job executed includes cost of material, labour charges at ware house D/W station store, Jammu.

Repair to 1No. 10HP/1.2 Cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump sets by way of dismantling engine and extracting out parts like head, Piston-liner assembly, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Draining of existing contaminated M. oil, cleaning the oil sump and then providing and filling of fresh M. oil 4.5ltrs. Idle testing the engine. Complete job include cost of material, labour and fuel charge for idle testing of Engine at ware house D/W station, Jammu. Repair to 1.2 Cusec Pump unit by dismantling of pump, extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller, gland set, and cotter set. Reassembling the pump by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Refitting the repaired pump and coupling it with engine by p/f of new nuts & bolts. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station, Jammu.
