Supply of submersible pumping set of KSB /Calma/SU/Johnstion /Kirloskar make comprising to latest relevant BIS Code. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller of suitable alloys as per BIS 8034-1979 latest suitable for clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) single phase ,230 volt of required HP, RPM 2900 of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips and depth gauge etc. and suitable for operation on data given below:- 1) Discharge =1 LPS 2) Total head in meter= 118.98 meter

Providing and fixing of control pannel for operation of above pump set cosisting of Ampere meter, Volt meter, Three phase indicating lamp MCB, DOL starter and internal wiring etc.

Supply of PVC joint less flat water proof cable as per BIS:694-1990 latest with up to date amendments suitable for the pump set offered from MCB to motor including all other electrical equipment/accessories such as thimbles, flexible pipe solder, nut and bolts cable gland etc. laid in pipe or trenches under floor. The type size and make will be subjected to approval of HPSEB authorities and in case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer (size 2.5MM2).

Providing and lowering PVC pipe of 32mm dia complete with socket, 0 ring (each pipe 3 meter in length) complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge

Providing and laying of steel wire rope 4 mm thick with “U” clamp complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of steel nipple of 32mm dia lower and upper complete in all respect.

Supply of M.S cap to cover the bore well from top.

Supply of supportin clamps.

Supply of cable clips of required size.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches G.I. pipe of folowing dia as per IS 1239-1990,in all leads and lifts complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of double flanged cast iron reflux valve 32mm dia of Bir/Kartar make of following diameter for risinf main and capable of withstanding normel seat pressure as per IS-5312 PN. 1.60

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge.
