Decoupling, disconnecting suction line and discharge line taking down from foundation, dismounting from base channels strip opening all parts, derusting, cleaning, overhualing comprising of repairs/replacement of unserviceable parts of pump sets, and taking to workshop (if reqd) for repairs. Reassembling of pump set mounting and fixing on base channel, recoupling of suction & discharge line realignment commissioning and testing in respect of centrifugal/multistage pump of capacity 60/75 HP all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :(i) Loading/unloading & transportation charges shall be deemed included in the quoted rates. (ii) parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch A.

Pump shaft made out of stainless steel complete with check nut and keys.

Replacement of existing unserviceable parts with new parts for single/double/multistage pump of capacity 30/40/50HP as per manufacturer's composition of existing make of pump as below all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Disconnecting electric connection of 60/75 HP motor, removing the UNSV motor from existing place by unscrewing the foundation bolts and nuts decoupling from the pump, setting aside and transporting to workshop for repairsI if reqd deemed necessary) including dismantling the motor,cutting/taking out burnt winding of stator, rotor, cleaning the slots, transporting back after repair/winding & re-assembling the same. Cost of loading, unloading & transportation shall be deemed included in the quoted rates complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Winding of motor stator & rotor shall be measured & paid separately.

Rewinding of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

The motor shall be squerrel cage induction motor.

The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation, grease, nuts, bolts and washers of any size and shape as required at site and refixing of serviceable motor duly functional and testing complete at its existing location/position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of u/s bearings and grease completely.

Removing the burnt out winding from the rotor and stator, cleaning the slots, providing high quality of class'B' paper insulation inside the slots, rewinding the motor of capacity 100/75/60/50/40/30/25/20/15/12/10/7.5/5HP/3HP with super enamel copper wire of same size and guage as per existing rapping up with high quality cotton tape and varnising with super quality oil including drying upto desired temperature and desired time complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of labour for winding deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Make : Atlas/Devi Dayal or equivalent

Ball bearing No. 6307 C3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:-SKF/NBC or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Ball bearing No. 6308 2RS1/C3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:-SKF/NBC or any equivalent make as approved by GE.
