S&F new head board made with well seasoned 1st class Indian teak wood frame and 4 mm thick teak faced plywood duly fixed on frame including french polishing including taking out old head board all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed.

S&F new foot board made with well seasoned 1st class Indian teak wood frame and 4 mm thick teak faced plywood duly fixed on frame including french polishing including taking out old foot board all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable cushion of sofa and supplying and fixing new cushoun of size 530mm X 560mm made of 100mm thick foam cushion rubber of 32 density upholstered/covered with polyester cloth of approved shade/quality not less than Rs. 250/- per metre in market complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Make: Sleepwell/Comfort/SSF/Kurlon or equivalent ISI Marked make as approved by GE.

Removing the unserviceable upholstry cloth cover of sofa coushon of size 530mm X 560mm made of 100mm thick and supplying and fixing new upholstry cover of with polyester cloth of approved shade/quality not less than Rs. 250/- per metre in market complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Preparation of old polished exposed wooden surface of following furniture items by scraping with sand paper for smoothing surfaces filling and stopping minor depressions and holes on the wooden surface with wood putty paste and again rubbing the surfaces with sand paper until the entire surface becomes thoroughly smooth, cleaning and dusting the surface properly and applying French polishing till the satisfaction of the Engr–in-Charge all as specified and as directed.
