Supply and fixing of warm white, LED batten suitable for indoor applications 20 Watts, 4 feet with extruded aluminium housing & integrated LED channel, rectangular white arcylic cover complete with all accessories all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj/Phillips/Crompton or equivalent Makes & model.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cables/pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with hard/dense soil not exceeding 25 cm thick in each layer complete as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of river sand 18 cm punned thickness under and above the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of sub class burnt bricks for cable protection complete as specified as directed

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade of Size 3.5 Core x 35 Sqmm with stranded aluminium conductor connected with suitable legs including necessary road crossing if applicable all as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary cable protection works and drilling trenchless cutting (where required) will be measured and paid separately.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 63 mm dia bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of 20M high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 50 m/sec wind speed, with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 12 Nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening final including wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmetre at 2 metre depth with all material and labour with following accessories all as specified and as directed. (a) LED floodlight luminaries type PRAZE-F 480LWH NB-AS TG SD 400W -12 Nos.(b) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template -1 Set (c) LED type twin dome aviation obstruction light.-1 Nos (d) Outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 40A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 No 9A contactors and raise lower push button, along with timer switch-1 Nos(e) Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour:-2 Nos ( all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of Year 2009 )

Wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including PVC Casing & Capping ISI marked including accessories surface type wiring including 1.6 mm thick MS sunken boxes concealed on walls including laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) One Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch 5A all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of switch piano flush type single pole one way 5 Amps all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of ceiling rose, surface bakelite type 65 x 50 mm, 2 to 3 terminals all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans of metal body AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 225 mm sweep with louvers fixed outside with all accessories including cutting the existing stone/Brick wall and making hole for fixing of exhaust fan and finishing the portion with necessary plastering and whitewashing and fixing the exhaust fan from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper wire 24/0.20 sqmm, etc all as directed. Make : make and model as specified in P.S. Note- Quoted rate deemed to be including Opening of wall and making good the disturbed surface and all necessary fixing arrangement including nut, bolt and washers all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of ceiling fans complete with complete accessories, 230V, SP 1200 mm Sweep with BEE 3 Star rating complete with all accessories and fixing the fan from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper wire 24/0.20sqmm, etc complete with down rod and GI hook with welding work, wire connections form ceiling rose to ceiling fans with complete accessories including writing of MES NO with unit name on ceiling fans using approved stencil with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Make Bajaj, SABSE TEZZ EE 03. Model No 251120 or equivalent makes as specified on particular specification

Taking up the following old CI/DI/CPVC pipe 100 mm dia bore CI/GI from trenches all as directed.

All as per item 15 hereinbefore but 100 mm dia CPVC Pipe .

Supply and Lay pipe Ductile Iron, S/S including specials, Class "K-7" 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of 100 mm dia sluice valve both side flanged and ISI marked (IS-780) of sluice valve cast iron body with S/S spindle and brass fly nuts, class PN-1.6 and cast iron hand wheel and joining with nut, bolt, washers and rubber insertion packing 6mm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable foot valve of 100 mm dia from tank, supply and fix Cl foot valve of 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Construction of valve chamber of size (1250 x 1250 x 1000)mm in PCC 1:3:6 masonry built in CM (1:4) with MS covers 3 mm thick and 50 x 50 x 6 mm locking arrangement including excavation and earth works PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation PCC bed/coping in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 plastering 15 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 painting with one coat of bituminous black paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surface all as shown directed by Engr-in-Charge.
