Design, Fabrication, Erection and Maintenance of C-DOT Stall • Floor Work with Raised Platform & side panel (Illumination effect with floor lights & logo display by gobo lights, Wooden, Carpeted, Tiled or Glass floor or as per finalized design) • Joinery work - high quality work • Lights & Illumination Effect: Use of LED Effects on Fascia, Spot Halogens, Halides, down-lighters, Ceiling lamps, tube fittings for glow boxes, backlit effects on glass panels, as suited by design • Graphic Work: 3D visuals, Acrylic work & Translites, Digital Posters & Graphics for Wall Backdrops, Back-wall, Stall Fascia & Branding work (Top branding structure), Glass chambers with spot lights for products for outward display, Scroller, as suited by design • Paint: High Quality, glossy finish like duco or as suited • C-DOT 3D Logo installed at strategic location at sufficient height so as to make it visible from each end of hall lobby ( Use of creative artwork powered by advanced technological innovations like provision of a mounted revolving logo would be preferred .)

Creation of a multipurpose attractive area featuring smart models centered on C-DOT Product Portfolio and emerging global Telecom trends using innovative art work including videowalls, holograms, creation of 5-6 technology islands as per C-DOT product segmentation etc. for corporate branding, selfie wall, press conference etc.

28 Product Counters of 1 meter depth, and variable width to cater to product exhibits and demo accessories ( The number & Size of product counters may increase/ decrease depending upon the finalized exhibition layout.) All the counters are to be equipped with brochure holders, lockable cabinets for storage, etc. The booth structural layout should include supporting walls for all product counters. Each Counters will be placed in front of a supporting wall that is to be provisioned with adequate space for informative Posters/Graphics and Slim HDTV (with USB and HDMI ports along with cables of sufficient lenght) that are to be provided by the Bidder. Bidder must ensure the availability of at least two new bar stools for each counter with sufficient space in front of counters for smooth decoration and free movement of visitors. Product counters should be arranged in such away that a visitor entering the booth from any side have all product counters in his/her path covered before exiting the booth from either side. Each counter will, have two acrylic tent cards/name plates for product name, with Brochure Holder of Acrylic make, One small (6"*6") Frame for placing QR Code. 5 counters will have new looking Glass shelves (2 nos each) for placing products, 3 D type Counter Fascia, well lit Poster/Graphic work & TV ( with HDMI Cable amd remote), One Power Extension Board for each counter. Wall slim HD LED 40" TV ( Wall mounted or with stand, as suited by desgn)-

Cabling & Wiring (Detailed layout distribution will be shared by C-DOT): LAN Cables (CAT-6) are to be laid from UPS/Server room to the designated product counters by the fabricatior. LAN connection (RJ-45 is to be done by fabricator OR readymade patch cables can be provided and should be laid by the fabricator. Fiber cables are to be laid wherever required by C-DOT. LCD/LED TVs at product stalls will not be on UPS but will be on raw AC power. Raw AC power is also to be provided at pantry, reception and discussion room. Suitable cabinet rack(s) is/are to be provided for putting network components ( router/switch/workstation/tester,etc.) in UPS/ Server room. One Counter might require cable TV wiring from Dish antenna to counter. One Counter might require wiring of GPS antenna. Each Counter, reception, meeting room, store room, and server room should have suitable number of Power Sockets of 5/16A capacity as per requirements. Some counters might need fewer sockets or more number of sockets depending upon the demostration requirements. There would be requirement for proper wiring of camera for one of the Counters. Concealing of Wiring of Equipment , demo setups and the entire booth layout is to be ensured fo an aesthetically appealing view. (Above wiring is only for C-DOT product demo requirement, distributed over 3 UPS of 15KVA each). Layout and count of LAN Cabling and power sockets requirements of booth will be shared by C-DOT team.

Additional Counters (movable) with respective provision of TV and posters, to accommodate any last minute change in placement of product.

Additional Fabricated Standees with C-DOT Posters/ branding for placing at strategic locations at exhibition venue.

Steel MS Poles (4”Dia x 8 ft) for Signage (for antenna installation), should be able to bear approximately 70kgs of net weight. Two SunBoard print (size 6x4 ft)

Design of All graphics. Art work, theme panel for C-DOT Stall, Product Counter Posters, Brouchers and Wall-Prints. One full page advertisement required for printing in the exhibition catalouge. CDR Files along with respective jpeg & pdf files generated for stall graphics and artifacts shall have to be provided bt the bidder to C-DOT in USB drive.

Information & Reception Counter with lackable cabinet & drawer along with two designer executive bar stools. Logo Panel with illumination on front One large additional Flex for C-DOT Branding Four Nos of Laptop Table having top of size 2x2 ft, having height of bar counter.

One closed Conference/Discussion Room with a frosted glass door, high quality flooring with Sofa sets for seating of 8 persons, one Large TV, Center Coffee table with high quality glass top, and Four additional executive, cushioned chairs. There should be provided a HD webcam with setup accessories for conducting VC meetings in the discussion room. Graphics Work based on C-DOT's product portfolio & achievements, name of TOT partners to be placed on inside walls for branding.
