REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS, FEEDER/JUNCTION BOXES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN ADAMPUR.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 metre wide for taking out/ laying pipe line, cable, foundation etc. exceeding 1.5 metre but exceeding 3.00 metre deep and getting out as in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning ( dry river sand) for under ground cable 23cm thick (one layer of 8cm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 15cm thickness after laying the cable) all as specified. NOTE:- Punned down thickness (over all 18cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.)

Brick protection with old size pulverized fuel ash lime bricks laid flat across the route of underground cable all as specified.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping / plinth / muff of existing / poles, outdoor of panel boards including necessary form work and fair finishing the exposed surface without using extra cement completecomplete all as specified.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, panel and similar works etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

GI pipe light grade with all fittings fixed as termination postal ,fixed to poles/ walls/ under floors/ under road etc including takind taking down existing pipe complete all as specified of following size: -

Taking shutdown from MES substation, opening of LT panel of any type by unscrewing nut, bolts, disconnect all electrical connection, refix / reassemble the LT panel after reapir work as under mentioned including reconnection all electric cables / wires testing of all equipment etc complete all as specified. NOTE:- Replacement of parts shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply only under respective item).

Replacement of unserviceable items of LT panel/Feedar box with new one and making connections complete as under: -

Indicating Lamp LED for RYB indication, complete.

MCCB of current rating 63 Amp having thermal magnetic release with adjustable thermal range, 4 pole, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 16 kA complete .

MCCB of current rating 100 Amp having thermal magnetic release with adjustable thermal range, 4 pole, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 25 kA complete.

MCCB of current rating 160 Amp having thermal magnetic release with adjustable thermal range, 4 pole, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 25 kA, complete .

MCCB of current rating 200 Amp having thermal magnetic release with adjustable thermal range, 4 pole, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 36 kA complete .

Repair to broken out / disconnected door of LT panel by welding with new hinges including necessary material required for smooth opening and closing of door and fixing the same with the existing panel complete all as specified.

Repair to LT Panel by replacement of rusted/wornout CRCA sheet by providing 2mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet including necessary welding & fabrication and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of LT/HT panels and bus bar chambers of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of approved shade with spray machine including marking of feeders Nos, voltage etc. complete all as specified. NOTE; Work shall be executed after taking shut down.

Installation, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCB, indicating lamp and other accessories which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assemble by OEM, channel partner or sister concerned assembly will not accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of panel SHALL submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing. Make-Hensel /Rittal /Emitter /Schneider. IN REPLACEMENT having the follwings;-

INCOMER: 100 Amp, 4 pole MCCB, 25 KA, OUTGOINGS: 63 Amp, 415 V, 4 pole MCCB - 04 Nos.

INCOMER: 200 Amp, 4 pole MCCB, 25 KA, Multifunction meter - 01 No Set of LED type indicating lamps OUTGOINGS: 63 Amp, 415 V, 4 pole MCCB - 02 Nos. 100 Amp, 415 V, 4 pole MCCB - 02 Nos.

Junction box for street light insulated and made out of environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant , halogen & silicon free, polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size in mm should be not less then 205x255x112 having protection IP 66/67 including provision of MCB single pole 6 Amp and all fixing acessories as required IN REPLACEMENT complete. MAKE: Hensel Cat part no. KF2525 G or equivalent make mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Earthing with and including GI earth plate electrode 6 mm thick of size 600 mm x 600 mm with 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip earthing lead complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and as specified in Particular Specifications clause 5.9.1 of contract, IN REPAIR. NOTES: (a) The unit rate includes earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (b) Factory fabricated PCC pit shall be fixed in position at least 500 mm away from earth pit.
