PART-I (Comprehensive maintenance) Comprehensive maintenance of following electro-mechanical services situated in the above buildings, as per specifications / conditions of contract & as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying specialized man power and supplying & fixing required spares, arranging tools and plants etc, to keep the services operational up to the required standard complete as required. Details of services:-
Replacement of faulty 40 watt fl. Tubes with retrofit LED light
Rewinding of faulty ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep motor with good quality copper wire
Replacement of existing faulty Compound light lamps with 30 watt LED
Periodical servicing of the 200 KVA DEA set (M/s Kirloskar make) complete with replacement of consumable items like lub oil filter - 2 Nos., fuel filter - 2 Nos., Air cleaner element - 1 Set, Lub. Oil- 30 ltr. etc and service engineer (Kirlosker authorised) charges etc as reqd
