Providing and laying in position cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 (I cement, 2 coarse M.sand,4 HBG stone aggregate of 20mm and down gauge) including, batching, mixing, laying, compacting, finishing, curing, excluding cost of centering and shuttering ,all as directed, including Dewatering the trench if required supply of all materials, labour charges , tools, and all as per drawing and other charges etc., complete.

Centering and shuttering with 100% leak proof including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for foundation , footing and basement of column , all as per direction, including supply of all materials, labour charges, tools ,all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (I cement, 1.5 coarse M.sand,3 HBG stone aggregate of 20mm and down gauge)for RCC works, including, batching, mixing, laying, compacting, finishing, curing, scaffolding, excluding cost of centering and shuttering , reinforcement, all as per drawing and direction, including Dewatering the trench if required supply of all materials, labour charges , tools, curing and all other charges etc., complete.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding placing in position Fe 500D grade steel reinforcement of TMT ,corrosion resistant steel bars of make SAIL, VIZAG, TATA TISCON, JSW and equivalent for RCC work as per drawing and as per direction including supply of binding wire of approved first quality and thickness, cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Repairs to plaster in patches ,of thickness 12mm to 20mm, area 2.5 Sq.m and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out the joints and preparing, finishing in match with adjacent portion, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all as per direction, supply of all materials, labour charges, tools, scaffolding, curing ,all other charges etc., complete.

Cement plastering 15mm thick in single coat to the exposed surfaces of concrete and brick masonry in C.M 1:3( 1 cement, 3 P. sand of approved quality), finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including supply of all materials, labour charges, tools , curing , scaffolding , all other charges , all as per direction etc., complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay non modular bricks of approved quality in super structure up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes including pointing simultaneously in Cement mortar 1:6(I cement, 6 coarse M.sand of approved quality) including supply of all materials, labour charges, tools , curing, scaffolding and all other charges and as per drawing and as per direction etc., complete.

Providing and fixing wooden frames of doors, clerestory windows with second class well seasoned Teak wood of approved quality, wrought, framed, and fixed in position after applying a coat of wood primer paint, fixing M.S holdfasts of required size, in cement concrete blocks of mix 1:3:6, including curing, supply of all materials, labour charges, tools, all other charges, all as per direction etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick, paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,with second class well seasoned Teak wood of approved quality, including providing and fixing An.Aluminium butt hinges and all other fittings with c.p brass screws of required size ,as per drawing and as per direction including supply of all materials, labour charges, tools and all other charges , etc., complete.

Cement plastering 15mm thick on the exposed surfaces of concrete and brick masonry with C.M 1:4(I cement, 4 P. sand of approved quality)on U.G sump and super structure as directed, including supply of all materials, labour charges, tools, scaffolding, curing and all other charges , as per direction etc,., complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with 600mmx600mm of approved make (Gajaria/Somany Bell )in approved colour, laid on 20mm average thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement, 4 coarse M.sand of approved quality), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg/Sq.m including chipping the concrete flooring, grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., as directed including supply of all material, labour charges, tools , curing and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying ceramic antiskid floor tiles of 300x300mm of approved make (Gajaria/Somany Bell )and approved colour pattern , laid on 20mm average thick cement mortar 1:4(I cement, 4 coarse M.sand of approved quality) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg/Sq.m including chipping the cement concrete flooring, grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., as directed including supply of all material, labour charges, tools , curing and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed wall tiles of approved make and colour pattern , for dadoing ,laid on 12mm. thick cement mortar 1:3(I cement, 3 coarse M.sand of approved quality) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg/Sq.m including, chiseling the painted wall surface, grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., as directed including supply of all material, labour charges, tools , curing and all other charges etc., complete.

Replacing broken glass panes with new frosted glass panes of 4mm. nominal thick, with teak wood fillets, wherever necessary, including removing broken glass pieces from windows, including supply of all materials, labour charges, tools, scaffolding, disposing broken glass panes , all other charges, as per direction etc., complete.

Replacing rusted/damaged C Class pipes of G.I hand railing of 40mm dia. Including cutting the rusted/ damaged portion, providing new C class G.I pipe of approved quality with ISI mark, same size, welding, and grinding, including supply of all materials, labour charges, tools, scaffolding and all other charges , all as per direction etc., complete.

Providing and placing on terrace at all floor level, 500 lit. capacity polyethylene water storage tank of approved make IS 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes as directed, including supply of all materials, labour, tools , scaffolding and other charges, all as per direction etc., complete.

Painting to Lighthouse tower at all height on previously painted surface with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality (Berger/Luxol, Asian /Apcolite, ICI/Dulux) and colour after completely scraping broken blistered paint portions, sand papering, cleaning all dirt, dust wherever directed including providing necessary boatswain chair, rope, ladder, supply of all materials, labour, tools , paint brushes , all other charges, as per direction etc., complete.

Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved make (Asian /Apex Ultima, Berger /Weather coat)and colourtwo or more coat after cleaning previously painted wall surface, as directed, including supply of all materials, labour charges , tools, paint brushes, ladder and all other charges , as per direction etc., complete.

Painting of previously painted wooden doors, windows etc., with Synthetic enamel paint of approved first quality (Berger/luxol/Asian-apcolite / ICI-dulux) and colour after cleaning all dirt, dust and sand papering, scaffolding, supply of all materials, labour, tools etc., complete.

Painting two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved first quality (Berger/luxol/Asian-apcolite / ICI-dulux) and colour to previously painted metal surfaces after scraping rusts, cleaning applying a coat of red oxide metal primer including supply of all materials, lbour, tools, scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and fixing water supply pipe line in CPVC of approved quality (FINOLEX/ASHIVAD/SUPREME)including all cpvc fittings like Elbow, Tee etc., fixing in wall, ceiling with necessary G.I clamps, screws and laying refixing pipes in trenches including supply of all materials, labour, tools , all as directed etc., complete.
