Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type cubical type LT panel suitable for 415V, 3-phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having front surface area 1500mmX1400mmX350 deep or (depth as per suit the accessories in panel) 0.5 m legs of 35mmX35mmX6mm angle iron, with following electrical accossories fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel outer frame 14 SWG and inner partition with 16 SWG for frame work and covers, solid connections from bus bar to switchgears with required size of Aluminium bus bar and control wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm PVc insulated copper conductor single core cable end inter connections with incoming AL. bus bar of current rating 400 Amps solid bus bar, cable alloys, plates in two half, with providing following switchgears from S.No.2.1 to 2.6 :-

Main switch SFU type, front handle operated , current rating 250 amp, complete with HRC fuses of same rating and other acessorries as required - Quantity-2 Nos.

Moulded Case Ciruit Breaker (MCCB) with spider link and phase barrier double break contact continuously adjustable electronic release of currnt rating 100-125 Amps, upto 433 Volts, 50 KA 3-pole with neutral on separatewith front handle operated with rotary type handle compleate in all respect for smooth operation from front side as required. ---- Quantity-4 Nos.

TPN aluminium bus bars of minimum, 400Amps capacity with heat Shrinable coloured sleaves and I/C DMC/SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports and their spacing etc as required. Quantity- 2 set complete

Supply & Errection of LED type Indication Lamps suitable for annunciation of 3 phase supply in main incomer in RYB colour including wiring/protection system for the same as required complete in all respect. Quantity-02 Set

The panel should have both side cable alley of 350mm size and in the center 100-150mm cable alley in the upper portion for cable/solid connection etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPEpower cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Upto 35 sq. mm in the existingRCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPEpower cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm in the existingRCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for size 4 X 16-25 sq. mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 way (4 + 18), Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.(But withoutMCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete withconnections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 250 mm X 300 mm X 100 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 20mm to 25mm PVC flexible pipe alongwith accessories on surface as required.

Charges for electrical connection of existing wires/cables coming from DB/ Panel/ subcircuit / sub-main wires/cables etc up to the working condition of lights/power plug for the whole canteen as required at the site.
