Clean the Terrace surface throughly wire brush the surface and clean the dust and the loose particales by air compressor or wash the surface with clean water. Then making vatta in all corner of slab and wall joint with 1:3 C M (Excluding cement and sand cost ). Providing and Laying water proofing treatment in by applying (Fare Mate) faircrete SBR waterproofing with Fiber Mesh at single component at a coverage rate 1.5kg-2kg/sqm. Chemical mix with neet cement paste as per requirement. Apply second coat of waterproofing after 5 to 6 hours from applying first coat. ( The Gurantee of this water proofing for up to 10 year.)
providing and laying Chaina mossaic white tiles (tiles tukdi) flooring on terrace ove 20mm thick base of CM 1:6 jointed with white cement as per drawing and design - Tile Jhonson - 8mm thick
Providing and fixing 100% Synthetic Carpet, make- "Total Collation" product name- "O Din" with pile wieght 805gr/ sqm, total weight 1690 gsm , pile height 6mm, total thickness 7.5mm after laying the carpet all floor and steps edge will be finished , the carpet shed and design will be approved by engineer incharge .
