Material and labour for cleaning of PVC/RCC over head water tanks at any height (on accessible / inaccessible roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud, any foreign material, accumulated silt, other dirty substance, algae, fungus and any other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank, cleaning shall be done by draining / pumping out water / sludge from bottom, by high pressure water jet of pressure not less than 120 PSI for removing clogged mud/scales etc and cleaning the same again with self priming pumped fresh water and disinfecting the water tank by using UV radiator and approved chemical (chlorite), after cleaning writing letter / figures (Date of cleaning and next Date of cleaning) on black back ground with white synthetic enamel paint including removing the existing letters/ figures complete all as specified and as directed for capacity of water tank Exc 250 Litre N.exc 500 ltr capacity Note: (i) Contractor has to ensure there is no damage / leakage in tank after cleaning . (ii) Any air lock /blockage of water flow after cleaning has to be make good immediately without any extra cost

Material and labour for spraying antiweed / non toxic solution / chemicals containing Glyphosate as per manufacture instructions and removing the weed including the roots after ensuring complete de-germification of palnt/weed and cutting down the plant/trees off from roof/top sides of external walls of bldgs, in chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of GI/CI/AC/PVC pipes and taking out roots entered in wall/slabs, including making good the surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in CM(1:4) plastered with CM(1:4) to match with existing surface and repairing the pipes and joints which was affected by cutting down/taking out process all as specified and as directed for plants / trees located in the buildings upto four storey high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces including brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts ,treating oil and greasy spots etc on wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing the plastered / unplastered surface of wall and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty incl scrubbng and rubbing with sand paper to obtained smooth surface of wall etc complete all as speicifed and as directed
