Supply and fix aluminium strip 25mmx3.15mm with PVC saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors complete and down conductors above ground all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 meter (BGL) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore “medium grade” galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore “light grade” galvanized iron protection pipe for earth lead wire upto 5m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I, connected to test point complete, all as specified and testing on completion.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.65 mtr below normal ground level connected to a GI strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test point or as directed including filling of 100 Kgs charcoal and 100 Kgs salt in alternate layers of 150 mm each making PCC Chamber by PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 and cover of 40 mm thick duly reinforced by 12mm bar in PCC of 1:3:6 and providing 20 mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh necessary 40 mm bore GI tube light grade for protection of GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm up to test point etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I all as specified and directed . Note : GI Strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr deemed included in the rate quoted.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level (with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below the normal ground level) connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata PCC pit 1:3:6 type C-1, 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering 15mm bore light grade pipe for GI wire protection and funnel including 40mm thick RCC slab cover and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron earth pit cover in relacement of old RCC eart pit cover with suitable frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI earth plate of size 600x600x6mm in relacement of old damaged earth plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of charcoal for repair of existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of common salt for repair of existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 32x6mm galvanised iron earthing strip from earth test point to electrical equipment all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 6555.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
