High Mast The firm will work out the complete designing of the high mast based on the following parameters/requirement of department. 25 Meter (Including the height of Head Frame) The poles to be installed outside the fencing and on opposite side on outer sides as per Architectural plan enclosed. (As per Complete Item No. 1 of the Approved DNIT)./

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of High Power LED Sports light luminaries of suitable wattage with following specifications: (As per Complete Item No. 2 of the Approved DNIT)./

Note: The lighting design should be done as per design parameters mentioned above. The firm will submit type test report of LED sports light fixture from NABL Accredited Laboratory conforming to IEC standards and technical catalogue in respect of fittings alongwith technical bid.

Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Testing and commissioning of double door feeder pillar panel, outdoor type (IP-54 as per IS 12063) suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415Volts. 50Hz supply system with concrete foundation, (As per Complete Item No. 3 of the Approved DNIT).

FOUNDATION FOR 25 MTR. LONG HIGH MAST: Design and casting of suitable Raft type foundation for the High Mast with specification as per S.No-1 above. The foundation has to be designed as per safe soil bearing capacity report. All kinds of soil (Size 6.2m x 6.2m x 3.3m= 126.85 cum (4 nos. x 126.85= 507.4 cum) (As per Complete Item No. 4 of the Approved DNIT).

DSR ITEM NO. 4.1.11 (CIVIL WORK) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

DSR ITEM NO. 5.22.6 (CIVIL WORK) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (As per Complete Item No. 4.02 of the Approved DNIT).

DSR ITEM NO. 5.2 (CIVIL WORK) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, size). (As per Complete Item No. 4.03 of the Approved DNIT).

DSR ITEM NO. 5.9.1 (CIVIL WORK) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete Size 1x2 (6.2+ 6.2) (As per Complete Item No. 4.04 of the Approved DNIT).

DSR item No.14.16 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, (As per Complete Item No. 5 of the Approved DNIT).

DSR item No.5.2 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

DSR item No.14.15 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

DSR item No.5.9 Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

DSR Item No. 2.4 Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required (But without MCB/ RCCB/ Isolator).

4 way (4 + 12) Double door

DSR Item No. 2.10 Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Single pole

Providing and fixing MCB 4 Pole 63 Amps, 415 volt ‘C’ curve 10 KA breaking capacity in the existing enclosure as per site requirement. The job includes making connection with suitable size with copper wire to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. The makes of MCB TPN should be LK/ Legrand/ Schneider/ Siemens/ ABB/ Hager make only.

Supply and erection of sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions made from 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm thick M.S angle iron frame, covered with 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly welded on five sides and front side hinged complete with locking arrangement with 4 Nos., (As per Complete Item No. 12 of the Approved DNIT).

Cubical size 750 mm X 600 mm X 200 mm

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid in existing RCC/Hume/DWC/ Metal pipe. (As per Complete Item No. 13 of the Approved DNIT).

Supply & erection of external man rider unit for accessing the head frame of the high mast. The unit shall be suitable for safe loas carrying capacity of 300 kg. with climb speed not exceeding 9m/min. (As per Complete Item No. 14 of the Approved DNIT).

Labour charges for horizontal boring 1 Mtr. below ground level including cost of 2 Nos. pit digging and refilling complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of EIC.
