M&L FOR Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) single rebated solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprisingof virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screwshaving minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules ofelasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardan and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). → Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensionson plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S Sscrews shall be paid separately)

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing 18mm thick factory made 100% solid rigid PVC ( Poly Vinyl Chloride ) foam sheet prelam colour having density of 600 Kg/cbm Manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 Certgied Company. for kitchen cabinet Termite proof, water proof and flame retardant PVC sheet, manufactured by single layer extrusion process, for one side laminated solid PVC foam sheet PVC film laminate should be pasted on PVC sheet with suitable continuous hinge, 100mm long decorative ss handle, magnet for receiving door shutter, adhesive,hasp staple and of approved shade, manufacture embossing, barcode and hologram on door, test certificates and authorization letter complete all as specification approved by engineer-in-charge

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (1:2:4) Type-B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chargre.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles coloured pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in hite or coloured cement to matchincluding 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) compete all as specified and directed

M&L glazed ceramic coloured, designer & pattern (dark & light shade combination) tiles in 450 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado (for cupboards, bathroom & toilets) etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 and d complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joint/pointing to brick work or brick tiles,laid flat,in floor,surface channels,roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing in CM 1:3 to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in paving complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness exceeding 10mm qnd upto 35mm to the prepared concrete substrate in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply of rust remover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement by using Product : Rustoff-100 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE, with density : 1.01 Kg/ltr at 30°C and consumption : 0.2 kg/Sqm/coat complete all as specified and directed. Note : The material to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar

Supply and apply cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement using cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system with consumption : 3.75 kg/Sqm for two coats and product requirements: carbonation resistance : 2 mm of SikaTop Armatec®-108 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE corresponds to 20 mm of normal mortar; bond strength > 1N/Sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and directed. Note : The material to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar.

M&L for cutting V groove (15mmx10mm) along the crack line and cleaning the same with high pressure water jet and sealing with fast setting high strength Epoxy putty, solvent free, three component compound based on epoxy resins, graded fillers and thixotropic agents using Sikadur 31 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster by applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 15 mm thick & while still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisit of crushed stone or fine gravel aggreagte in ( size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even complete, all specified and directed by engineer in charge

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/asbestos cement surfaces of ceilings & applying two coats of white wash including 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls including 2mm thick wall care putty all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of scaffolding upto 15mtr height of building shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surface of walls with 2mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer and applying two coats of weather proof paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including crack and small hole filled by wall care putty/POP and applying one coats of white wash on old decorated surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any numbers of layers) by scrapping with steel wire brushing or any other means, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots. etc and including filling cracks or holes with white cement putty/POP and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) over a coat of primer of same make of approved shade/tint over two coat of wall care putty @ each layer 1mm thick all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any numbers of layers) by scrapping with steel wire brushing or any other means, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots. etc and including filling cracks or holes with white cement putty/POP and applying two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of primer of same make of approved shade/tint over two coat of wall care putty @ each layer 1mm thick all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing the old decorated plastered /un plastered surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot etc. and including filling cracks or holes with white cement putty/POP and applying two coat of cement base paint including a coat of primer of approved shade/tint on wall surface to give uniform and smooth surface etc including two coat of wall care putty @ each layer 1mm thickcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc incl all necessary drilling, welding, bilting or riveting etc complete and door prepared for hanging and fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified.

M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications with and including demolition of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provision of 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout.(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seppage and where dampness / seppage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. Contd/-.....................................

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sanwiched with glass fibre reinforcemnt: Sika Fab-1 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE over base coat as per mnaufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. Contd/-.....................................

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound SIKA plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and injuctions sloping towards spout. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint . (viii) The sunken floor shall be filled with lean concrete 1:7:12. Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing and all M&L is inclued in the rates quoted above.

M&L for 75mm thick (1:3:6) Type-C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 60mm thick machine pressed with grey cement and no pigment interlocking factory made paver blocks of any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade incl Sand filling under sub floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete.

M & L precasted factory made PCC 1:2:4 type B1 kerb stone set in CM 1:4 complete
