Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and disposing off

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, pier holes, manholes, erecting poles etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm deep as in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm deep as in rock complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials (any type of soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading in low lying area and leveling all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed ( Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, lintels, etc. and similar works complete all as specified and as directed ( Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces and applying 2 coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions on walls complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, barred iron doors, gates and similar works conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165, angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. including MS plate 2.8mm thick, gates made to hang with and including hooks to columns and shafing arrangement, running rails and hanging, also fastening and fixing as required complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy enamel paint over a coat ofepoxy primer, as approved complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and including provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for galvanised mild steel concertina coil with clear synthetic lacquer coating (anti rust) fixed in concentric circle, 610 mm dia having 8 nos of circles , 25 nos clips at a max spacings of 100 mm fixed as in fencing at any location etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for broken glass coping on top of masonry / stone walls, etc. in CM (1:3) 25mm thick, broken glass catered @10kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 160mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with suitable clamps, etc. including necessary staging / scaffolding, etc. as required for weep holes complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165, for portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc and similar work as required complete all as specified and as directed
