1.0) Maintenance of light points, fan points, exhaust fan points, call bell points, power and plug, circuit, sub main, SDB's/ DB's, LT Panels, etc. for entire office complex at Shakarpur including operation of DG set as and when required by deploying following staff etc. complete as required. (i) Wireman Gr-II 1 No ( 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM) (ii) Khallasi - 1 No. ( 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM)

2.0) Servicing of 82.5 KVA DG set i/c supply and replacement of mobile oil,air filter, coolent, fuel filter & oil filter etc. as required by the OEM/OEM authorized dealer. (Kirlosker Make)

3.0) Rewinding of desert cooler kit of different makes of following size i/c dismantling, reassembling etc. installation, testing commissioning etc. complete as required. 18" Size

4.0) Supply and replacement of capacitor of following capacity suitable for cooler, fan etc. as required.

4.1) 4 MFD

4.2) 2.5 MFD

5.0) Supply and replacement of fan regulator switch in the existing electric board i/c connection, testing etc. as required.

6.0) Supply and replacement of cooler pump 230 Volt, AC supply having 12.0 watt consuption with maximum water filled with lift 1.5 mtr. Immersion depth 200 mm connection, testing etc. as required.

7.0) Supply & replacement of desert coolers pads of wool with mesh wire (3 Nos.) suitable for 18"/20" desert cooler i/c removal of old, cleaning of dust after removing cooler from the window and reinstallation of the same at windowetc. Complete as required. Wood wool pad with wire mesh.- 3 Nos.

8.0) Supply & replacement of cooler kit (Fan size 18"/20" i/c blade, motor) connection, testing, and commissioning etc. as reqd.
