R.C.C. standards Post/Struts/Rails/Poles of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid seprately)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plain), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All Kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cenetring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 ( cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.)

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C.posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used with G.I. Barbed Wire.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying of I-Shaped precast interlocking tiles of thickness 80 mm gray (comprasive strength not then 30 mpa and weight 4.50 kg) including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope filling joint with local sand all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.60 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface, cleaned with mechanical brooms as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick (avg.) compacted semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder to 5 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and random rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 50B complete in all respects. Bitumen used grade VG-30.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath / central verge, including removal of mortar etc. disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made seprately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Re-laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stones of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including jointed with grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall Painting two coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand on decorative wall surface to size and and even shade, including throughly brushing the surface clean all of dirt grease loose pieces and prepare smooth as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflecturing glass beads @ 250 gm per sq. mtr. Area thickness 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC - 35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supply and fixing of pavement marker (Cat Eye) Type X-AS TMD - 4956-04 every dimension / 3 M (USA make) consisting of ASA flastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound the housing shall contain prismatic to glass covered prismatic reflective face reflect incident light i/c all taxes.

Supply and fixing Chequerred preacst cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in super structure including supply of all materials labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and / or roubded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth no. extra for mixing any additive.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make such as snowcem, durocem, super cem quality and of required shade as under coated wall surface two coat over and including one coat white cement primer as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Scrapping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as per direction by the Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60M.
