Supply of FAA/ICAO/DGCA-CAR Compliant elevated type omni-directional (Blue), medium intensity LED type Taxiway Edge Light fitting for aviation visual aid complete with LED suitable for operation at 6.6 Amps, Lens clamping mechanism, breakable coupling, gasket, two pin secondary leads, base plate and other accessories including integrated encapsulated electronic module complete as required as per sepcifications.

Supply of 15 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amp rating completely enclosed rubber covered isolating transformer for use of 6.6 amps series airport lighting circuits having nominal voltage rating of 5KV rated for operation on 50 Hz. The transformer shall be water tight and shall be designed for direct burial in the earth or installation in a Housing Box in conformity with ICAO/DGCA-CAR, complete as required as per specifications.

Supply of 45 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amp rating completely enclosed rubber covered isolating transformer for use of 6.6 amps series airport lighting circuits having nominal voltage rating of 5KV rated for operation on 50 Hz. The transformer shall be water tight and shall be designed for direct burial in the earth or installation in a Housing Box in conformity with ICAO/DGCA-CAR, complete as required as per specifications.

Supply of 1 x 16 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core un-armoured flexible cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 694 for earth connection etc complete as required.

Supply of LED Guidance signage board of various sizes made out of 2 mm thick anodized aluminium frame with suitable angle support, 1.5 mm thick aluminium back symbols of sign should be screen printed on inside of sign face made of self-adhesive 3M film applied on the inside face with required coloring as approved by E-I-C. Sign board shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required LED's i/c all other accessories to achieve uniform illumination level and with suitable driver and electronics to operate on 2.8 Amp to 6.6 Amp AC, made for water tightness and locking arrangements, mounting legs with frangible coupling & base frame etc. meeting the latest ICAO/DGCA-CAR standards complete as per specifications etc. as required. The LED signage board shall be provided with an electronic LED driver having dual input capability and capable of operating from two independent isolating transformers, connected to separate series circuits. Note- The rate shall be quoted considering Wastages.

Supply of 3C x 16 Sq. mm.size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Copper conductor power cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) as amended upto date.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade, Aluminium Conductor, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip armoured & overall PVC sheathed armoured power cable as per IS: 7098 (Part-I) upto latest amendments complete as required. a) 3.5C X 120 Sq.mm

Supply of 50 mm outer dia. lSI marked HDPE pipe as per 1S:4984:2016, of rating PE 80, PN 10 with 4 mm nylon rope etc. complete as required.

SH-IB:Installation, Testing & Commissioning of GLF system & associated electrical works Installation, testing and Commissioning of inset type fitting with deep core cutting for fixing shallow base, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of secondary lead connectors & other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except isolating transformer etc. as per specification complete as required. a) Fitting size up to 8 " / 12 "

Installation, testing & commissioning of Elevated type taxiway light fixtures/ Runway Guard light on existing transformer housing boxes and Crimping / Jointing of secondary lead connectors, installation of isolating transformers, i/c supply of all materials except isolating transformer etc.as per specificaiton complete as required.

Installation, Testing, Commissioning of CCR including termination of incoming and outgoing power and control cables, inter connection, making foundation/ suitable size of MS channel for fixing of CCR base, earthing connection etc. complete as required

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of guidance signboards of various sizes (upto 2 m length) i/c installation of isolating transformer of suitable rating and providing secondary leads etc. i/c pedestal of 1m all around the signage board with 1:2:4 (cement, concrete, coarse) of thickness 100mm with neat cement finish plaster, testing and commissioning etc. as required as per specification.

Laying of 50 mm dia size HDPE pipe with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc including excavation of the soil upto a depth of approx. 750 mm, back filling & making good the same as per site requirement as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Laying of 50mm outer dia. HDPE pipe with accessories like socket, couplers, bends etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing wherever applicable to connect the consecutive transformer housing boxes and transformer housing box to other fitting / location. The laying shall be in Apron/Taxiway shoulder at suitable depth along the civil construction works etc complete as required as directed by EIC.

Laying of one number PVC / XLPE / AFL/ EPR insulated & PVC / PE / PCP sheathed copper conductor power cable of grade exceeding 0.4 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE/DWC pipes etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC / XLPE / AFL/ EPR insulated & PVC / PE / PCP sheathed copper conductor power cable of grade exceeding 0.4 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm in the existing masonary open duct/trench/open surface as required.

Laying of 1 x 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor single core flexible cable of 1.1 KV grade in duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE / DWC pipe etc. as required.

Earthing with 'B' class G. I. earth pipe 4.5 mtrs. long x 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. i/c charcoal/ coke and salt complete as required as per specification.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.0mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. Including charcoal and salt complete as required.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. Including charcoal and salt complete as required.

Cutting kerf of suitable size in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface i/c chipping, hammering, cleaning & drying etc. & refilling the kerf with sealant material including primer etc. as reqd. in bitumin/PQC area & laying following numbers of secondary leads:- a) 01 No. Secondary lead of size 2C x 2.5 sq.mm.
