DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS OF STREET LIGHTS, REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT LT STREET LIGHT PANEL, LT DISTRIBUTION CABLES FOR STREET/ SECURITY LIGHT WITH ALLIED WORKS IN OTM ACCN OF FLAMING ARROW BDE AT NAMS

Attending of Day to day street security Light complaints pertaining to street/security lights recived through telephone or in person or online or detailment at MES Service center located at NAMS Area by locating and rectification of fault from and including junction box /light bracket in respect of electric connections including provisioning of small pieces of service wire of size 1.5 sqmm single core copper conductor and length not increasing 0.50 mtrs and carrying out repairs to the extent of tightening of loose connections,disconnection and dismantling of faulty wires,and removal of carbon deposition including providing necessary screws/nuts/bolts/nails for the rectification of defect and refixing of existing dismantled serviceable items complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) if complaint warrants replacement of material as catered in BOQ here -in-after shall be paid under relevent item and no measurement shall be done under this item. Rate of attending complaint shall be considered to be quoted in the respective item.

(ii) Necessary tools for tradesman shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Transportation for tradesman and normal stores required for complaints shall be arranged by the Contractor. (iv) Complaints of normal nature shall be attended and rectified within 8 Hrs of receipt of complaints of emergent nature i.e. no light, short circuit, earth fault etc shall be attended immediately on receipt of complaint round the clock. (v) Contractor or his rep. will report to AGE E/M complaint cell at 9 O' Clock daily for collecting of complaints. Complaint received will be done in the same day and after completion of complaint he will report to complaint cell to submit the complaint slip duly signed by the user. Done on Holidays /Sunday. (vi) For Non attending of complaint within above mentioned time a penalty of RS 100.00 /per day/per complaint will be leived on contractor. This penality shall also be applicable to all the items mentioned in BOQ here -in-after.

Supply & fixing LED street light 60 W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing. Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing , IP-65/66 protection, high power LED street light with the heat resistant thoughened glass lens and making electrical connections pvc insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor from street light to junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Driver shall be potted antivibration type. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours. CRI(colour Rendring Index) of fixture shall be ≥ 70. CCT (colour correlated Temp) of fixture shall be 5700K±300K. System Lumen Efficiency shall be>100 Lm/W. 10 KV separate Surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. The fitting shall have arrangement so that maintenance required , if any can be carried out from Top cover.

Supply and laying, in replacement, of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 25 Sq mm 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench/along pole etc . Note : 1. The cost of Aluminium thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, DWC protection pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil by not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth below ground level for foundation of poles/ stays/cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of drilling machine without damaging the road horizontally for rod crossing including laying GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as sp an directed and directed.

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps etc.. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.of size75 mm outer dia and 61 mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement FR grade thermoplastic polyethylene outdoor cable junction box hinged/screwed door type of size 200x160x 98 mm for 3 Phase and Nutral incoming cable, 3 Phase and Neutral outgoing cable with terminals/connectors and single Phase & Neutral connection for light fitting, 4 pole, 415 volt and one MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 Volt and clamp system (screw less), shock proof safe IP-66, weather proof, rust, dust and water proof internally embedded gasket with provision metric knockouts for cable entry through gland suitable for 16sq mm to 25sq mm cable as required at site complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for painting of steel / PCC poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white strip 30 cm wide each up to 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of primer including numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing micro prismatic reftective sheet, minimum 50 mm wide, with adhesive base for dirtectly fixing on HT/LT steel tubular/PCC pole without nail or any other fixing material at suitable height, in Red/White/Yellow colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cabel PVC insulated aluminium conductor , served with inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheated in service connection suspendede twin core cable flat or circular size 4 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto As per S Item No 17.00 but 6 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto As per S Item No 17.00 but 10 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing / laying in replacement galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fabricating and fixing in replacement of cross arms (any type) supports, brackting, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, angle iron, flat iron of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multistranded copper conductor wire 1.5 Sqmm size, twin core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB Isolator 32 amp- 63 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for painting to steel pole including mild steel supports, clamps etc fixed on LT Poles any height with providing two coats of aluminium pant over a coat one coat of red oxide primer in and including wriitng pole number with black paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Steel members fixed on single LT pole shall be considered as 'One Unit'.

Material and labour in replacement for ACSR conductor any size drawn stright horizontal on LT over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent LT poles and calculating weight of conductor of size lenght by adding 3% extra for sag, jointing , jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of straight through joint heat sinkable suitable for 10 sqmm to 50 sqmm LT 3.5 core 1100 volts XLPE complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing U/S faulty LT cable of any size, detecting the fault and relaying after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of Aluminium thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. (ii) Excavation, earth work, DWC protection pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items.
