Construction of Storm Water Drain at Anjugam Nagar Cross Road 2 in Ward no 03, North zone.

1.Earth work excavation in all soils with initial lead & lift etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

2.Plain cement Concrete in1:4:8 mix (one cement, four sand,eight metal) using 40mm size Hard Broken stone as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

3.Centering with steel centering for revetment, drain and culvert upto 1.20m depth using MS sheet of size 0.90X0.60m 10 gauge thick and stiffened with MS 'L' angle wood runners of size 0.075 X 0.05 three rows with support by casurina pullys 0.075 cm at 0.45 m length including cost of nails etc., Area. 10.80 sq.mtr (upto 4 Feet)

4.Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

5.Supplying and erecting centering for sides soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plain surface such as rectangular column top and bottom slabs of boxing, sill, slabs, sun shade etc., in all floors using mild steel slabs of sizes 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25X25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., complete as directed. 6.Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or deformed steel up to 16mm dia bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting strengthening cutting, bending, cranking, binding, etc. including cost of binding wire MS Chairs, laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the engineer.

7.Reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 mix (one cement, one and half of sand and three of aggregate) using Machine crushed hard broken granite stone jelly 20mm for RCC works in all types of foundation footings columns, Floor beams, slabs of all shapes (excluding cost of providing centering and fabrication of reinforcements which shall be measured and paid under separate items but including curing Etc. and including fixing fan clamps or hooks, after lying of electrical canduit pipes, junction boxes wherever required complete, complying with standard specificaions and Drawings and as directed by the engineer.

8.Plastering with C.M 1:4 mix (Using P Sand) 12mm Thick, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

9.Conveying excavated earth from the site to 2 km distance from the city limit including loading, unloading and transportation etc. complete.

10.Supply and Fixing of SFRC Manhole circular 218kg 600mm dia as per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.
