Submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 6 Sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed in and including rigid PVC casing & caping, drawn with 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable for earth wire fixed with shaddle and connecting to common earth teriminals complete all as specified including taking down old one.Note : 2 runs of 6 sq mm cable and one run of 4 sq mm cable and casing & capping shall be measured as one unit.

Blanking plate fixed in repair complete all as specified.

Single pole and Neutral Sheet metal enclosure with a 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps fixed in repair complete all as specified.

Non metallic Electric meter box with single hinged door for 01 No. Single phase meter of size 250 X 200 X 105 mm after disconnecting the supply of electric meter and fixing the electric meter on meter box including reconnecting the electric supply fixed in repair complete all as specified. Make: Sintex Cat No. GSMB 2520 or its equivalent in the makes mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cmx 60cm x 6 mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers , buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia,( No. 8 SWG) by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by galvanised steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009 (Part I) & including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20 mm bore GI pipe (Medium grade ) for watering , protection pipe funnel, wire mesh , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete ,50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg /sqm ) and CI frame etc , and including provision of test point , connecting to test point and testing on completion etc, complete all as specified. NOTE : The unit rate quoted shall include the cost of earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.
