Material & Labour for cleaning of RCC over Head reservoir of any stages & of any type by manually cleaning the internal walls mouth of inlet & outlet pipe with wire brushes, bleaching powder and fresh water including cleaning the wash out water pipe from top to bottom from inner side at taking out the sludge complete & deposited at a site not exceeding 60 mtr from site of work, cleaning the OH tank inner wall outlet & inlet pipe washout pipe mouth with fresh water & washout and painted out side on the Tank with Word "Date of Cleaning and "Tank Capacity" complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All OH reservoir of any capacity will be clean after every six months during the contract period.

Material & Labour for cleaning of RCC underground sump of any type and prevent Algae Growth by dewatering existing water complete by manually with bucket or by using pump set etc. including cleaning the internal walls floor with wire brushes, bleaching powder, fresh water & other approved material without damaging the existing surface of wall including cleaning the mouth of washout pipe & taking out the complete sludge & depositing at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the site of work & cleaning the complete UG sump surface of walls with fresh water after taking out the complete sludge with entire satisfaction of EIC. in different zone and painted outside on the Tank with Word "Date of Cleaning and Tank Capacity" of the following cap. Note :- All RCC ground clear water reservoir sump of any capacity will be clean after every six months during the contract period.

Material and Labour for cleaning of RCC sedimentation tank of any type by dewatering the exiting water complete by manually with buckets or by using pump set etc. including cleaning the internal walls floor with wire brushes, bleaching powder, fresh water and other approved material without damage the exiting surface of walls including cleaning the mouth of wash out pipe and taking out the complete the sludge and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the site of work cleaning the complete UG sump surface of walls with fresh water after taking out the complete sludge and applying of internal walls with 2 coat of suitable hygiene paint using in food container & other hygiene purpose and painted outside on the Tank with Word "Date of cleaning and "Tank capacity all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- All RCC sedimentation tank of any capacity will be clean after every six months during the contract period.

Material & Labour for cleaning of PVC/ RCC Tanks of any stages and on top of OTM and MD accn of any type by manually cleaning the internal walls mouth of inlet & outlet pipe with wire brushes, bleaching powder and fresh water including cleaning the wash out water pipe from top to bottom from inner side and taking out the sludge, removal of all scale and dirt etc. complete & deposited at a site not exceeding 60 mtr from site of work, cleaning the tank inner wall outlet & inlet pipe with fresh water & washout and painted outside on the Tank with Word "Date of Cleaning and "Tank Capacity" all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement of 20 mm Ball valves ( float valve) PTMT, high pressure, with polythene float and fly-nut complete screwed for iron pipe Float Valve, cast iron body, one end flanged type with strainer operating with suction pipe, including nut bolt & washers for joints and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of 25 mm Ball valves ( float valve) PTMT ,high pressure, with polythene float and fly-nut complete screwed for iron pipe Float Valve, cast iron body, one end flanged type with strainer operating with suction pipe, including nut bolt & washers for joints and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of shallow well by removing water from well and cleaning of mud and sludge manually and dewatering pump set of well and white washing of exposed walls of well walls by applying two coat. Removing sludge /Muds etc. depositing at a distance not exc. 50 mtr outside the well with proper surface dressing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning the surrounding area of Overhead/ underground RCC tanks area at different zones cutting removing of grass, shrubs, bushes around Overhead tanks and installations all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and removing from the campus complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The particular job to be operated through out the contract period to maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding are of the installation by removing the shrubs/bushes and grass to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge and the periodicity of this item shall be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) Disconnection of Geyser and fans from electric source, inspection of problem, taking down to ground, and transportation from site to market for repair/brazing will be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor without incurring any extra cost to the department. (ii) Srl Item No 11 and 12 will be issue under Schedule ,B, free for fixing only. (iii) Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
