CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITIONAL TESTING LAB FOR E and MR ,SUB DIVISION,HOUSED IN 220/132/33 KV GRID S/S JAYANAGAR COLONY, JEYPORE

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil on foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulder except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for removal of cement plaster including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour for dismantling 2.5 cm thick grading concrete including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour with T & p required for40 mm grading concrete with waterproofing to roof with construction chemicals including two coats of chemical painting with acrelic / SBR latex modified in ratio 1:2:2 and 2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) with water proofing compound using 6mm down size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P required for scraping out old paints from walls, doors & windows with scrapers including sandpapering & washing the surface with soap/soda water including cost,conveyance, taxes of all material & cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) in following works and using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
