M&L for repair to potholes any depth and not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 grade putting in premixed bituminous macadam with minimum 4% binder content by weight of the stone chippingsusing bitumen VG-30 grade well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings complete all as specified and directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm not exc 50 mm deep

Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring.

WBM 150mm (compacted thickness) in two layers (75mm each) with granite trap or basalt aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread rolled with power roller, 8 to 12 tonne to form a true surface.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen at the rate of 10kg per 10Sqm using VG-30

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumin rolled and compacted to reqd camber with minimum 4% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen of Grade VG-30, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with exceeding 8 ton but not exceeding 12 ton power roller to a uniform surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30) 5.0 Kg per 10 Sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen of Grade VG-30, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with exceeding 8 ton but not exceeding 12 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying 2.5 mm thick, 10 cm width retro reflective thermoplastic roadmarking paint using thermoplastic road marking compound confirming to MOST,AASHTO M249 and BS 3262with 30-40% pre mixed type -1 glass beads confirming to BS 6088, on existing road surface after preparation of surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 including excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed

S&F Road Safety convex mirror of size 600mm dia having polycarbonate body, unbreakable orange colour included mounte over metallic stand 100mm dia pipe duly painted of standard height 150cm. All steel parts black powder coated to make all weather resistant. The same is embedded in ground with 300X300X450mm size PCC OF 1:2:4 including necessary excavation and earthwork

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details. 3. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
