Material Required

Galvanized steel poles of tubular in design and swaged of the length 7 meters, with top cap welded and lightning spike and including MUFF @ 20 per Kms.

Galvanized steel poles of tubular in design and swaged of the length 8 meters, with top cap welded and lightning spike and including MUFF @ 5 per Kms.

Stay arrangement for 7M/8M steel poles of Galvanised Steel

Formed OFC Dead End and Termination Fittings including all supporting items.(@ 7/Km)

OFC suspension fittings including all supporting items.(@ 18/Km)

Adjustable Cable Storage Bracket.(@ 5/Km)

Services Required

Erection of 7 m / 8m poles including excavation, fixing of MUFF, concreting, curing, Backfilling, Reinstatement, Compaction of earth, Stay arrangements etc. including obtaining Right-of- Way (RoW) permission and sign writing on poles with paint (detailed at note 1 below)

Slinging / Laying of ADSS / AOF including fixing of installation accessories and fixtures etc. Link Testing & Acceptance Testing and makeover of route with As Built Diagram (ABD) of installed Cable routes including cost towards collection of ADSS Cable / AOF Cable from BSNL’s Store Depot.

Construction of Joint Chamber of pre cast RCC/Brick Chamber (to be decided by Site In-Charge based on Site condition), supply and fixing of 65mm GI Pipe as per E.I. and PLB pipe (to be supplied by BSNL) for bringing down the G.I. Pipe from top of the pole (containing PLB Pipe alongwith OFC) including Splicing, supply of slab for covering the chamber and sand for filling the chamber (SJC/BJC will be supplied by BSNL)

Optional Requirements

Trenching, PLB Laying Laying of underground OF cable inside PLB Pipe / DWC Pipe (at 165 cm depth) , Concreting work on PLB Pipe / DWC Pipes including supply of cement, concrete and curing etc as per engineering instruction (DWC and PLB will be supplied by BSNL)

Laying of OF Cable in PLB Pipe with protection of GI and CC suspended by means of clamps outside the parapet wall of bridge / culvert including supply & fixing of clamps and associated work. (GI will be supplied by vendor)

HDD/Manual Boring for laying of U/G PLG/HDPE pipes up to 50mm dia to a stendard to a depth of 1.65 m as specified in Laying practices

Installation of FDF and WSC/OFTB in leading arrengement, jointing of pigtails and other related activity for construction of ADSS/Aerial OFC routes (FDF/WSC/OFTB will be supplied by BSNL)
