CIVIL WORK

Dismantling A.C Sheet roof without roof timbers and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar wall and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5 (one cement, five sand) using best quality second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x4 3/8”x2 ¾” for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Above 7.50M and upto 10.50M height

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Above 7.50M and upto 10.50M height

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc., complete4 complying with standard specification(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S.angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Binder wall.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Galvalume sheet roofing with 0.47 mm thick of fully corrugated of approved colour and quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and roofing with Galvalume sheet ridge pieces of size 1.00M x 0.7M, 0.47mm thick with necessary U or J bolt and nuts G.I washers etc., complete For the above works skilled man power, necessary tools, equipments, power supply, water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the materials shall be duly obtained by the contractor. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying and fixing of Rotary Ventilators of size Size 600mm x 600mm over the roof with necessary bolt and nut arrangement to withstand the wind velocity as specified by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate sheet of size 3mx1.06m of 3mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvalume sheets for proper lighting with necessary G.I screws and EPDM rubber washers, Complying with standard specification and as direct and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading unloading and transportion charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
