Monitoring, Operation and Maintenance of 1500 KWp roof top Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant comprising of Solar PV modules, Junction boxes, connectors, Support systems, Power Conditioning Units (Inverters), String Monitoring Units (DCDBs), Solar system DC/ AC copper cables, lightning and earthing protection arrangements, plant monitoring SCADA system, UPS, Step up Transformer (2000KVA Dry Type), HT Panels, HT Power cable, Weather monitoring system and Water cleaning system (As per Annexure 'C' - List of Inventories) by deploying manpower as per the directions of EIC (Shift - 8 Hours For One Shift + General shift as per Annexure 'A') including Co-ordination with Integrated Cargo Complex Substation, attending minor faults/ repairs, ensuring 100% Serviceability/ Satisfactory working condition of the systems, routine and general preventive maintenance on Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Yearly basis as per standard manufacturer's practices, Special Conditions of Contract and Technical Specifications, maintenance of records and log books and reporting as and when required, complete General Housekeeping and Upkeeping of the solar plant, Associated area and solar power evacuation substation etc., on all days including Sundays & Holidays as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as required.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 1500KWp roof top Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant comprising of Support systems, Power Conditioning Units (Inverters), String Monitoring Units (DCDBs), Solar system DC/ AC copper cables, Connectors (cable side), lightning and earthing protection arrangements plant monitoring SCADA system, UPS, Step up Transformer (2000KVA Dry Type), HT panels, HT Power cable, weather monitoring system, water cleaning system, Supplying and fixing of spares like Junction boxes, Diodes in junction boxes, connectors, sealant for Solar modules (as per Annexure 'C' - List of Inventories) covering the scope of activities given in special conditions of contract and technical specifications, attending faults, carrying out supply and replacement of defective components/ parts as part of Comprehensive Maintenance with same rating and make, for ensuring 100% serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, i/c attending preventive & breakdown maintenance etc., complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as required. (Note: Supply of Solar PV Modules except Junction Boxes, doides in junction boxes, Sealant & Connectors shall be covered under Guarantee obligation OEM of Solar Modules. However, the activity of replacement of the Solar Modules is in the scope of this work if required.)
