Dismantling of existing old Window Type Air conditioner carefully and deposit to Section Office and cover the wall cut out with 20 mm Heavy Duty Ply and painting.
Supplying of 2.0 TR capacity concealed type split air conditioner of rated cooling capacity of 24000 BTU/hr with Rotary compressor of rated power supply 230V-1ph-50Hz , and 1 nos. 2.0 TR IDU, air flow/per IDU - 800 CFM of rated power supply 230V-1ph-50HZ. (Make- Hitachi/Diakin/Mitsubishi Heavy)
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning incl. vaccumiazation and nitrogen testing as required of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigent piping for above ac complete with fitting with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing incl. accessories insulated with XPLE class-O tubular insulation with / class O closed cell elastromatric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves section of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid line all accessories as per specification etc as required. (Make: Ryoku/Totaline/Jobu/Godrej)
15.9mm (5/8") OD (with 13mm insulation) or suitable size as per manufacturer advice.
6.35mm (1/4") OD (with 13mm insulation) or suitable size as per manufacturer advice.
Supplying & drawing of 4 core x 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated copper cable for interconnecting the indoor & outdoor unit.
Installation the outdoor & indoor unit, after making holes in wall by expert labour, also mending good after complete the work, Connecting the pipe line testing the leack by gas pressure (minimum 400 PSI ) and vacuuming the unit properly (Minimum -30 PSI), hold the vacuum up to 48 hours, after release the gas testing the Split type Room Air conditioner with supply & fitting adjustable powder coated painted heavy duty iron bracket.
Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS: 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, long screw, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,etc as directed complete in all respect.
CPWD Item-P-59/16.16: Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.
